National Bank of Bahrain

The bank staff are good, and the branch is always clean and neat, showing focus on customer satisfaction. However, during my recent visit to withdraw using a cheque, the process took much longer compared to my previous visit, where it was completed within 5 minutes. This delay caused inconvenience and wasted my time.

This branch needs a shakeup. The service is way below any other NBB branch in Bahrain. It took me exactly 1 hour and 35 minutes to complete one task in this branch. Overcrowded and inefficient at all. Due to legacy paperwork workflows and high volume of customers. Where are your digitally enabled services? If I don't use the debit card for 6 months I get automatically banned from accessing my account through the app, and now I have to go to the branch to reopen it for me!! What is this intelligent rule. No other bank in Bahrain has this rule!! Think about native digital banking, where everyone and anyone can complete many tasks through the mobile app. Final result: My attention was to reopen my inactive bank account (due to not using it for 6 months). However, I ended up closing my bank account once and for all. I no longer want to be NBB customer.

الخدمه جدا بطيئه انتظار ساعة ونصف على استلام البطاقة و كان البنك مو زحمه الإجراءات وطول الانتظار جدا ممل ومتعب خاصة لكبار السن

خدمة بطيئة جداً من خدمة الزبائن كاونتر ٤ ..لإستلام ورقة تم تقديم الطلب لها من يومين وجاهزة اضطريت أنتظر حوالي الساعة مع إن المفروض فقط استدعاء الموظفة من المكتب الداخلي لتسليم الورقة ٩ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٤ الفترة الصباحية

First I lose my debit card because their CDM machine is broken then I have to come to the bank and wait hours just to get it back. They work extremely slow.

للاسف تم الانتظار لأكثر من ساعة من أجل معاملة لا تستغرق دقيقتين وهي طباعة كشف حساب بطاقة إئتمان وذلك بسبب الازدحام على خدمة العملاء .. موظفي الصراف لا يوجد لديهم أي عملاء وبالإمكان تقديم المساعدة ولكن لم يرغبوا بذلك
