Do hire some experienced candidates who have knowledge about the service of vehicles , They are concerned about the target to push out the spare parts and also without the customer knowledge changing spare parts. After service if we need any rework no proper response from the staff. It would be great if you hire good staff with knowledge, friendly , and responsibility to avoid certain things happening to me . Definitely I would never come for service here and I will never recommend this show room for anyone

I sold my bike in May 2022 at Jai Krishna Bajaj Showroom. Still am getting challan message to my number and I signed RC transfer form also but it seems still the bike under my name. What should I do?

very worst service, before service bike was perfect after service its irritating to ride the bike ,starting trouble ,frequently shutting down in slow speed,bike paints was damaged in service,they have best technician to know how to breakdown a perfectly running bike in the name of service dont ever buy the bajaj bike of any model ,i regret deeply buying a bajaj bike because of very worst bike service centers in coimbatore especially 100ft road,if you have bajaj bike sell and buy other model instead of losing your peace "lesson learnt dont buy without knowing customer service"

very bad service because when our entered in to this service center for general checkup, they are not hearing our requirement he said Rs.2500 to Rs.3000 for charges I have explaind its for genral check up after he said Rs.2000/- is minimum hence i put the star

I went to their customer care center for my two wheeler service...customer service was very bad..they ignore customers...very late...I asked them to register my vehicle for service and they responded indifferently... especially the service person named Prabhakaran answered in a very harsh manner... I called the manager to no avail... the person started arguing with me before the manager...The manager was calm without reprimanding… I am very upset… I regret coming to such a customer service center… Can this be resolved????

I bought this but their helmet was very cheap they given while on delivery and even They didn’t give me KEY RING 😂😂

Very wost Service centre in coimbatore... The are not Skilled Technicians...I give my Dominar 400 For Blocking and Starting Trouble Problem... The take totally 5 Working days to resolve the issue...But the cant Rectify the Complaint Of my bike... And I Take back my bike Yesterday..Give my bike one of the local Carriage He Rectify that Complaint Within a half a day.. Finally I say one thing clearly.. The are very unskilled Technician...

❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ Totally worst service experience! A big NO for this dealer! Have bought a bike just few months back yet alot of problems and bike service is worst like anything! In 1st service what all said isn't done, completely cheating just coz it's free service! No respect to customers and in the name of bike service they are scamming around! Still my bike problems aren't rectified yet! When asked all we get is inappropriate and totally disgusting response from Mr.Dhanasekar! Totally no knowledge reg bike service such a brainless work!

One of the best service they provided.while am in year end ride my bike rs200 got a problem because of heat issue.coil got burnt down.when I contacted them without hesitate.with in the time same day morning 11am i given them evening 3pm they given me the bike.vinoth kumar he is the person supported and repaired my bike with in the time.thanks all the team who supported me during my tough time.❤️

Worst service and response from the sale team after the bike delivery. Before booking the bike they will treat us good right after booking and delivery they will treat us like nothing and even more bad 💯 Worst service that I’ve ever seen💯

Worst service experience. Service advisors have no knowledge. Poor service at the lobby. The lady in the billing section not even care to hear the query of the customer. She never lifts her head up as of she's working 24/7 😂

Very poor maintanence as we have came to test drive ns 200 and n250 here. When we came in the sales person addressed us and provided all the information about the bike that's great but the problem is when we took the bike for test drive the ns 200 doesn't have enough petrol to function it's full potential so it started laging when we asked about it the sales person told that the vehicle haven't been used for long period that's why. It's quiet disappointing that the test drive vehicle should always be in its best condition as to impress the customer. After this we have driven Duke 200 in this case the bike has 3 points of petrol and could feel it's full potential so we have decided to take it and booked. Small mistakes makes you loose every single customers look onto it.

Very worst service center. Not advised to go as you will loose your money and valuable time without any quality work. I had given my 150 cc Pulsar bike for General checkup and oil service. They took 3 days to complete this service and charged around Rs. 1800. Within 2 days the Self start stopped working, lot of noises from Engine and Lot of noises when I use break. I went directly and raised the complain in this regards. Nobody responded properly for 1 hour and after an hour they simply said Battery is down and asked 2000 Rs. for battery change. But, I already checked with Battery shop and they said issue is with only the Self Motor as the Horn, Light and everything working fine with Battery. I have asked them to change if the issue is with only with Battery as I thought Battery Shop person didn't check it properly. The Self start is not working even after changing the Battery and now they said the problem is with Self Motor and I need to pay another 1800 for changing Self motor and I have to wait one more day to change all these things. I don't know what they checked in the General checkup paid service and from the next day of the service my bike has lot of issues which were not there before the service.

The main branch in coimbatore for two wheelers. Good staff, specifications explained clearly. Test drive done immediately. They do things very quick. Mr. Pradeep was our officer, who explained everything in detail, and made us feel wonderful. All things are done genuine. Bought Pulsar RS 200, and was delivered to home after registration. They take care till all formalities are done. The most important thing is very good mannerisms shown by all staff. They feel you more comfortable. All is well.

Worst showroom experience Nalla pesi customer ah welcome pannale bike vanga vaikirathu kastam ithula vera munja oru mariya vachikite ans panra ga bike model showroom la munnadi ye irukku model keta stock illa nu sollranga vela paaka istam illana veetula chumma irukkalame .Bike showroom la customer attend panna 20-30 years pasangala velaikku vaiga bike maximum edukkurathum same age group boys tha 40+ year staff black and fat man romba kasta padraru
