Bought Sunflame chimney from Bajaj electronics Attapur. Just after installation faced issue with chimney. Samad helped a lot to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Im happy that I have selected Bajaj electronics that also focuses on after sales service and employee like Samad who helped a lot to resolve the issue.

Sales executive Majeed from TV sales Dept, his behaviour is very inappropriate and rude towards customers. He indirectly comments on customers financial capability. Hope this feedback is shared with him and possible action is taken by management.

I am extremely disappointed with the recent purchase experience at your Banjara Hills store. At the time of purchasing the front load washing machine, I was clearly informed by the store staff that the EMI option carried 0% rate of interest for 0–6 months. Based on that assurance, I proceeded with the purchase. However, I am now being charged 16% interest by the bank, which is resulting in an additional burden of more than ₹6,000. When I contacted the bank customer care, they informed me that this issue should be clarified by the store, as the scheme details are provided by the retailer. This is highly misleading and unacceptable. If there were any hidden terms, processing fees, or interest components, they should have been clearly explained at the time of purchase. Simply saying “0% interest” without explaining conditions is not fair to customers.

Salesman Amer for Samsung gave fantastic customer service. He patiently walked us through all possible options and did great comparisons. Thank you Amer for all your time and going above and beyond the required.

Good and neat store all electronic things will be available at a decent price.But they are very few companies products available here.I thought they will have different brands.I recently brought a laptop.Its working really very good with few problems but they are not major.Response from them was good.parking is very spacious.But in reliance digital there are more options available and delivery is very much fast

Waste service we visited attapur branch to buy Refrigerator and Washing machine after finalised the price I said will go with bajaj card now he saying u have to pay delivery charges extra when I said I will take delivery by my own then he said it not allowed he said its new rules from bajaj he made me totally confused and made me to exit finally one thing I understood that they want cash payment instead of EMI please take the action and remove such commercial staff

After reading the reviews, I was worried about buying from Bajaj Electronics, Attapur. However, our experience was smooth. We purchased LG 650-liter side-by-side refrigerator, which was delivered within 48 hours and installed within 24 hours after delivery. The salesperson, Ritesh, ensured the product arrived on time. So far, everything has been fine.

After purchasing washing machine in one month it was not working and when I cal the Bajaj Athapur persons they won’t respond and if we ask they talk rudely. Very bad experience I have spoken to Syed Amir won’t respond and rude

I went to buy Daikin Ac 1.5 ton.there have shown Me digital meter new version ac which show temperature of the room when Ac arrives at my home it was different there have given me non digital meter ac and old version ac.So I recommend everyone please check it is the ac that you have seen .if it is not what you have order just tell them to return and send me the ac which I have paid.there are doing a lot of stuff like this.

This branch of Bajaj Electronics is not at all great at post sales commitment are not great at all. while purchasing i put up a condition to get the installation on same day and I was promised to get the Usha geyser installation on the same day but no support from the team or technician, Technician switched off the mobile and no one picking the call..

Try to avoid this, no support from bajaj if something happens to the items, they won't even respond

Most worst experience with the staff of athapur branch We had buyed washing machine past 4 days ago still the staff members are not at all responding for the installation purpose

Good place and better from reliance digital in pricing, i prefer to visit first reliance but don't buy , and then visit to Bajaj electronics, you will sure buy from Bajaj as in my personal experience i found out 4k price difference on same devices

They have lot of electronic products for display (TVs, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Mixer etc) I felt they had more selection than Amazon 😅. I was looking to buy a dishwasher but didn't find many options, the quoted price was higher than OEM store and not much negotiation scope, so went with OEM store purchase. They don't have family friendly restroom.

My all visis to Bajaj Electronics (Attapur Branch) were a big disappointment. The staff was unhelpful and always rude with customers. It feels if they doesn't require business or customers. I feel frustrated and dissatisfied each and every time. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone.
