Ordered a custom ~2 kg cake for my child’s 1st birthday based on a previous good experience, but this time it was disappointing. The cake was delivered damaged, and we had to visit the studio to get it fixed. During the fixing process, it was observed that a very cheap non-dairy (tropolite) cream was being used which is all vegetable fat. For a custom cake costing ~4k, the quality and taste did not match. Such a waste and horrible experience for once in a lifetime event.

Loved everything I tried here! The Nutella cookie, truffle chocolate pastry, vanilla cupcake, and pineapple pastry were all fresh and delicious. The quality really stood out, and each item had its own unique flavor. Definitely a place I'll visit again whenever I'm craving something sweet!

I ordered 2 pastries eggless pineapple and eggless chocolate truffle. But the bread used in the pastry was very hard, it seems they sold some old prepared pastries. Not recommended in my list.

Very Happy to Rate handcraft bakers team and specially Owner Monika Gulati for delivering wonderful experience again. Previously missed to rate the service and experience we had. But never feel too late to rate Good food joints in town. First experience- Sister travelling to Sydney , so ask for suggestion from Owners corner, as we want food which will not loose its taste during long flying hours and in different temperature zone. Owner suggested us items and we follow her and we never regret over the decision made in last hours. We packed- Banana walnut cake, Oats cookies, choco dry fruits brownies Bhaisahab Tea cakes were mesmerising, (sister experience). cookies were also equally good and crunchy in taste. smells mouth watering. Choco dry fruit brownie were excellent, we had them with coffee and it served us well. full happy tummy 🥰❤️ Packaging Done was easy to carry and spill proof. attached some pics for easy checkout. Second Experience.- Based on our 1st experience, we decided to go with Handcraft bakers. Ordered Their Diwali Festive box(see pics). Excellent Same taste we had in our past orders. No disappointment, excellent taste and Good discount too this time as we made a bulk order. Thankyou to their complete team and wishing them all the good luck this deepawali 🪔. I am writing my review after my third order and I must say I am going to be there permanent customer. The cookies and cake are so fresh and delicious. Everyone in my family loved having it. The service is also just great. They take into consideration all the dietary restrictions. Definitely recommended!

I ordered cake from them and get horrible shaped cake. Completely damaged. They did not even replaced and told me it is not thr fault. If this is how third party delivers don't place order to them . Business bhi chahiye and don't want to take responsibilities also. All fake reviews in this page.

Came across handcrafted bakers by chance. Absolutely and totally loved the dry cakes but only are the cakes out of the world amazing, Monika was super sweet when I ordered for my husband's favourite blueberry muffin as his birthday cake. She personally made sure that the cake was made perfectly and delivered on time. The cake was over within minutes. Very fair pricing. If you are in Gurgaon and have a sweet tooth try out this place. I can assure you that u won't be disappointed

Amazing cakes made by them. They add sweetness and elegance to all our celebrations. I am extremely satisfied and super happy with the attention to detail given by the team. Highly recommended. One must try and there will be no regrets.

I bought a pineapple & chocolate pastry, cookies, and nankhatai from this shop yesterday after seeing the high ratings. Unfortunately, nothing was fresh and the taste was absolutely sub-par. I really doubt the genuineness of the ratings.

Take-away order of 2 cupcakes: for the above-retail price, the cupcakes were smelly and had an ordinary taste. Cream cheese was applied with rush, proper storage processes were not in place. If tasting was such a heavy experience I wonder how would anyone order for occasions. Home baked products offer better than this premium-specific bakery.

They have cracked a secret code in their Blueberry Cheesecake. It is so delicious that you forget the world for a few moments and just get lost in the cake. I never expected to stumble upon such taste in Gurgaon and this was literally a sweet surprise. I want to check out their other preparations, but instinctively end up ordering the blueberry cheesecake Every.....Single.....Time. The cake is an absolute hit with anyone who has tasted it!!!
