I came to this restaurant at turkish village jumeirah 1 i found that there is turkish grocery BAKKAL which i bought something i need and all the products here are good and at its convenient price.. nice for shopping experience..

Hello every one I'm with bakkal.ae long time but today make it last order from them even they price high and expensive but still I'm order from them I made it surgery last week and I'm take of from company seek leave I'm waiting for. My order to delivery but driver deliver to where I'm work which is billing address my colleague told him to delivery to home but he said no and go even I'm. Call the company but no result there is others option from Turkish Market like turquaz mahalle galata and etc bye bye bakkal.ae

I love your stuff cause I ordered online but I am sorry why have a location and a place to sell your stuff when you dont have 80% of what you have on your online store in your physical store. Next time mention it that you dont have most of the stuff in your physical store

I don’t recommend this place. They do fake advertisement on their website to show case their items - once ordered and you asked them why it’s not accurate to the website they say website is “just for reference”. Waste of money. Terrible customer care as well, asking me to resolve complaints what solution should I suggest. Go with smaller and authentic stores which really care about their customers not only about money.

Everyone there is very polite and welcoming, their products are healthy and clean.

Though lots of items are out of stock, they still deliver the ordered items that are absolutely authentic.

We were satisfied with the products other than the phyllo dough. However, the phyllo dough arrived very torn, and we were very unhappy about that. I think the phyllo dough was stale; it was in pieces even in the package. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied at all and do not recommend it. We also wrote to them, but no one responded.
