هتل خیلی خوب و تمیز و صبحانه عالی اصلا کم نزاشتن مکان بسیار خلوت جلوی هتل بلوار زیبای باکو با چشم اندازی عالی استخر تمیز و خلوت البته بدون غریق نجات باشگاه عالی و پر امکانات با مربی خوب پذیرش اصلا خوب نبود بسیار بد اخلاق البته یکیشون و مارک با بچه کوچک ۳ ساعت معطل کرد

هتل خوبی بود من و خانواده خیلی آرامش داشتیم و کارکنان هتل با ما خیلی همکاری کردن حتی ساعت ۱۰ بما اتاق را تحویل دادن بدون اینکه شارژ بگیرن کلا من راضی هستم

مکان خوبی است با امکانت مناسب کنار ساحل و صرافی داخل هتل

Hervorragendes Frühstück mit fantastischem Service Unser Aufenthalt wurde durch das tägliche Frühstücksbuffet zu einem echten Highlight. Die Auswahl war riesig und die Qualität der Speisen ausgezeichnet, aber was uns wirklich beeindruckt hat, war die Herzlichkeit und Professionalität des Teams. Ein besonderer Dank gilt: Chef Fuad, der mit Leidenschaft für erstklassige Speisen sorgt. Rahmanov Rahman und Emil Valizada, die uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen haben. Sabina und Rashad, die mit ihrer freundlichen Art für einen perfekten Start in den Tag gesorgt haben. Man merkt, dass hier ein eingespieltes Team arbeitet, dem das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

I had a great 4-day stay at Baku Marriott Boulevard and truly enjoyed the experience, especially the romantic atmosphere of the place. The service was excellent from start to finish. A special thanks to the room cleaner, Gulu — she was very helpful and did her job really well, keeping everything clean and comfortable. The reception team was also very responsive. Whenever I needed anything, whether it was water or other requests, they handled it quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated how fast they responded every time. Breakfast was nice with a good variety, and I especially liked that they had Indian menu options as well, which was a great touch. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

I enjoyed my stay here at Marriott baku boulevard First of all the hotel room was very big and spacious which was perfect for me and my family of 5. Second of all, The gym was HUGE we loved it so much. It had all of the equipments needed for a good workout. The hotel view and the breakfast buffet was lovely. The food at the breakfast buffet was very yummy especially the pancakes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back again.

Exceptional Service – Truly Grateful to the Marriott Boulevard Baku Team I recently stayed at the Marriott Hotel Baku Boulevard and had an unforgettable experience thanks to their outstanding service. I accidentally lost my ring during the stay, and the hotel’s security team went above and beyond to help me. They spent the entire day checking cameras, coordinating with staff, and keeping me updated — and in the end, they found my ring. I am incredibly grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication. This level of care and attention is rare, and it once again proved to me that Marriott is one of the best hotel chains in the world. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly makes the difference is the people who work there. Their support made my stay not just pleasant, but truly memorable. Highly recommended — I will definitely return!

We had one of our best hotel stays here, especially considering the price. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a large, very comfortable bed. There were only two minor issues during our stay. The first was that the bathroom light would not switch off, but once we informed reception, someone came quickly and fixed it. The second was that the metal no-smoking sign on our door was bent, and I accidentally hurt my hand while opening it. I hope this can be repaired for the comfort and safety of future guests. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and both hot and cold drinks available. We especially appreciated the good tea selection, including masala tea, as well as the coffee. The gym was much larger than expected and very clean. We also really enjoyed using the pool and spa facilities. Another detail we loved was the carpeted flooring in the room, which made it feel extra cozy and comfortable. The entrance area was also very clean, well arranged, and welcoming. Most importantly, every staff member we met was friendly, polite, and hospitable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku. Thank you to the entire team at Baku Marriott Boulevard Hotel for such a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay and dining experience here. The service was truly exceptional. Special thanks to Chef Cheffiad for the amazing food — everything was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. You can really taste the dedication in the dishes. A big appreciation to Rahmanov Rahman, Shakir, Rashad, and Nicat for their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and professional service. They made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and outstanding service. We will definitely visit again!

Kaldığımız günler boyunca odaları, havuzu,restaurantları çok temiz ve güzeldi. Kahvaltısı geniş ve dünya mutfağından ürünler de sunuyor. Başta bizimle her gün ilgilenen Rahmanov Rahman olmak üzere, kahvelerimizi yapan Sabina’ya, yardımcı olan Rashad’a ve Fuad Chef’e çok teşekkür ederim.

Great hotel and service. Location is rather convenient, being 10 minutes walking distance from Crescent mall and western Boulevard. It is not a 5 star rating because the room I was given is a non smoking room, but the moment I stepped in I could tell previous guests had been heavily smoking, specially in the toilet. Hotel is not responsible for that, I know, bur still the stink was almost unbearable. A special thank to Farhat and Gulu, the nice and helpful housekeeping lady, who takes thorough care of the rooms.

I booked 5 nights but chose to leave after the 2nd day and forfeit the rest of my payment because the condition and service were far below what I expect from a Marriott. *Main issues:* 1. *Room condition*: Carpets, doors, and furniture looked very old and worn. The room felt dated and not well maintained for a 5-star property. 2. *Food quality*: Breakfast and restaurant food was poor quality and tasted cheap. 3. *Coffee/Beverages*: No proper coffee or cappuccino available — surprising for a hotel at this level. 4. *Service*: Overall service was below average and not up to Marriott standards. I would rather lose money on a non-refundable booking than stay here. I can’t recommend this hotel until major renovations and service improvements are made.
