Oteli "çok eski" diye eleştirenler olmuş. Klasik Sovyet binası arkadaşlar? Konsepti bu zaten. Daha modern deneyimler arıyorsanız civarda mevcut. Biz yaklaşık 4 gün kaldık, meydana 2 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltısı güzel, odaları temiz. En önemlisi sessiz ve önü açık bir alanda. Bence bir otel için fazlasıyla yeterli kriterlere sahip.

Özellikle Ferhat bey güler yüzlü ve yardımsever tavrıyla bizi çok iyi karşıladı. Otelin konumu ve ulaşımı çok rahattı. Nispeten sessiz bir konumda yer alıyor. Fakat, burada büyük bir fakat kısmı yazmam gerekiyor çünkü odalar o kadar iyi değil. Özellikle 104 nolu oranın tuvaleti rutubet ve kanalizasyon kokuyor. Yerler hep ıslanıyor ve giderden su sızıyor. Aile odası daha iyi şartlarda olsa da mobilya kalitesi yıllara yenik düşmüş. Bu nedenle de rahatınızı etkiliyor. Kısacası fiyat/konum/performans olarak tatmin etti. Geceden sabaha kullandığımız için gözümüze o kadar batmadı ama tuvalet nedeniyle çok uzun süre kalmak istemezdim.

Это отель теперь называется Jeanne d'Arc Guest House. На букинге вроде было все хорошо, но по факту тут из плюсов только то что находишься в центре. Все остальное страдает. - Кондиционер работает с трудом, кряхтит - Холодильник шумит - Очень тонкое постельное белье - Мрамор везде, но кучу мелочей требуют ремонта - Матрасы супер дешевые и проложенные, с пружинами - Сейф это просто ящик который можно в руках с собой взять - Утюг в коридоре весь грязный и с оголенной проводкой

Nice hotel in good location close to Fountain Square and pedestrian area with lots of restaurants. But the airport pick-up didn't work out. No driver met us and we had to take a taxi for more than double the price. When we arrived, the clerk gave us a free upgrade to a 2-room suite which is spacious and pretty nice, but no reading lamps and only a small amount of toilet paper provided. Suite has fridge and functioning AC, plus large bathroom.

Очень внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. С разными просьбами обращалась к Фархаду, всегда с готовностью все исполнялось, вежливо, с улыбкой. Очень удобная локация отеля. Всё рядом, в пешей доступности: набережная, старый город. Отличное место для отдыха молодежи, много баров, рядом площадь Фонтанов. Завтраки достойные в небольшом уютном и чистом помещении. Ухаживают как за дорогим гостем.

Bookingten rezervasyon yaptim, konaklamadan iki gun once otelin ismi degisti ama konaklamanizda bir sorun yok diye mesaj atildi. Gittigimizde odanin korkunc kalitesiyle karsilastik yirtik carsaflari simsiyah havlulari fotograflarda goruyorsunuz. 3 aile geldik, odalarimizdan birinde de perde cikmis 2 gun sonra takabildiler. Bookingte kotu yorum yapinca konaklamayi iptal etmis gibi gosterdiler ve yorumu yayinlamadilar, bookingten alacagim odemeyi de alamadim. Otel bu arada 2.katta ve asansor yok bunu hicbir yerde yazmamislar. Otelin tek avantaji merkezi konumda olmasi

Çok misafirperver çalışanları var. Gece transfer sürecinde sorun yaşadık ve bize çok yardımcı oldular. Tertemizdi odaları,konumu mükemmel. Her yere yürüme,mesafesi. Bir tek banyo eskiydi ama gayet temizdi. Fiyat performans bir otel.

The room literally is rotten and old CHECK THE PICTURES ATTACHED. The hotel pictures are too old and do not match the reality. I booked based on the previous review and the hotel is mentioned in Lonely Travel guide but there is no quality. I have booked deluxe room and when I arrived they will give me the family room because the hotel is full in return to pay cash. I didn’t have cash and I told them that I booked by card. After long negotiation they gave me the room and GUESS WHAT!!. They asked me to move to another room after 2 days and I refused and I told them that I am going to call the police and booking. I have more pictures but the app allows me only to post 4.

In terms of its location: I would rate it as 5 stars. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from all touristic places. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean but you need to take into consideration that you have to ask them every day to clean the room. Otherwise, they will not clean it. One of the rooms we booked, was a but smelly. Make sure you take tissue box, shampoo, soap and toothbrush with you as they do not provide them. No water or coffee available in the hotel and not even around the hotel especially if you wake up too early. The nearest cafe is just one min walk but they open really late like 9:00 am. So ensure stocking enough coffee with you. The staff are very friendly and easy to deal with. As for the value for money: I would also give it 5 stars. Worth booking in this hotel when in Baku for few days.

Super séjour dans cet hotel très bien placé, à 50 mètres de la place des Fontaines. Nous avions une chambre gigantesque. A la réception, Farhad m'a contacté pour me proposer un taxi depuis l'aéroport et a été très aidant pendant tout le séjour.

Eski sovyet binası olduğu için odalar adına bişey diyemem ama 7 gecelik konaklamamda konum olarak çok iyiydi. Personel aşşşırı güler yüzlü ve güven vericiydi. Yalnız bayan olarak kaldığım için güven önemliydi sağolsunlar gece içim gayet rahat uyudum. Hijyene biraz daha dikkat edilirse gelenler çok daha memnun olurlar. Ama aklımda güler yüzlü personeli ile kalacaklar 👍

Частный отель на 10 или 12 номеров. Комнаты очень большие. Мебель старовата но это мелочи. Вкусные завтраки готовит очень любезная женщина. На рецепции молодые ребята приветливые всегда готовы помочь и решить любую проблему. Местоположение отличное все в пешей доступности только метро далековато

Unclean hotel. The reception is very bad. At first, he laughs with you, and after you live, their problems begin. Unclean towels. Everywhere we find hair. If you ask for something simple, they starts getting bored and annoyed (I just asked for a towel) I paid a larger amount than it was supposed to because there was no change and they did not accept to return it to me I advise everyone not to stay in this hotel. There are many excellent hotels at the same price and the best treatment with guests

Приятный персонал. Супер завтраки! Повар в ресторане спрашивает что хотелось бы нам завтра на завтрак) Был ранний выезд, снэки завернули с собой. Нам достался просторный номер с балконом(не видовым). Самый центр! До площади фонтанов 5 минут. До набережной 10, до музея ковра и фуникулера 20 минут прогулочным шагом. Из минусов: запах сырости в номере и проблемная сантехника!

Был здесь в марте 2020 года, перед самым закрытием границ. Очень хорошее расположение, Старый Город буквально в 5-10 минутах ходьбы.Хороший ремонт, мягкая постель, просторные и чистые номера. Завтрак по домашнему вкусный. Персонал дружелюбный и приветливый!

I stayed there for three nights. The location was perfect for walking around Baku and exploring it. Mr. Ceyhun was a friendly and kind person to talk. The hotel is old but not in a wrong way. It has a texture of history which is nice. They had wifi connections for every floor. On the other hand, I'm not sure about his name, the young guy from the hotel was so rude. I wanted to take a transfer from the airport to the hotel, but I couldn't find them when I arrived at the airport. So I had to take a taxi to the hotel. When I got there, they asked me with a non-pleasant way about why didn't I get the transfer, and after I got my wifi password (of course I didn't have any internet connection before that) I saw the guy that I mentioned before had called me more than ten times via WhatsApp and send me several messages like '???'.

Хорошее место! Номера на выбор, внизу кухня, где есть посуда, газовая плита, кулер, кулер, чайник, столики. Чисто, приветливый персонал. Помещение очень понравилось! Отдохнули хорошо. С парковкой следующее - она платная и места все заняты, сложно парковаться. Есть парковщик, который нам помог.

Месторасположение отличное, до набережной и до Старого города пешком 15 минут, до Площади фонтанов - 5-7 минут. Отель чистый, но здание очень раритетное) Отсюда и постоянная сырость в номерах. Ресторана в отеле нет. Кому просто переночевать, без претензий на комфорт - Вам сюда

Номер нам достался хорошый свободный. В номере чисто. Персонал обходительный. Рядом есть кухня где все готовили. Чай и вода для питья есть круглосуточно. Место в 3 мин ходьбы от площади фонтанов.

Staff were helpful. The deluxe room was spacious n clean. The breakfast was amazing and so was the lady chef saveda.. very welcoming....had a good experience
