Never coming to this place again Gave it 3 chances in over the past 3 years First year they mixed up the event date and than I had to call them and tell them where they were and they arrived late Second year they forgot some of the things I asked and had to go back to the shop and get them which also delayed the event Third year they were supposed to arrive at the location 4pm they arrived around 8 when guests were coming The decorations were not like the reference photo even though I personally went to the shop twice to make sure everything was right and like the pictures I showed them Some of the decorations even started falling 15 minutes after the guests began to come I asked for a partial refund I sent three messages and was left on delivered after being told they were going to contact management and still no reply.

Nice place, I visit every time when I have party 🎊 and they have good helium gaz stay long time than others ,also writing on balloons
