Banana Club - Rajajinagar

I recently visited this store in Rajajinagar and i was blown away with the kind of collections and the quality of the t shirts and the customer service is really good I liked a t shirt and my size was not available and the staff got that size from the other store within 30 minutes. Jaykant and Suman really provided a good service. I am definitely gonna visit the store again.

The product quality is just ok.. But the online shopping experience from their website is horrible.. The size and fit is generally unconventional for this brand. For every return they will charge you 100 rs. So if you are really sure of the size and fit may be you can give a try ...Even if you measure your fit based on the size chart you may end up wrong.. please avoid this brand for online purchase from their website.. Offline shopping might be ok, if you are looking something for general casual use . Quality wise, definitely not a top notch brand ..

Banana club is a big scam they sell very cheap quality items i bought black shirts worth 1099 something for one wash the shirt became xl to s later I contact with them they responded we will make better and next I purchased their slipper worth 1599 using 2 months the slipper has become 2 parts.. guys think before going there it a higher price with cheaper quality

I placed an order on 21/03/2026 with Banana Club (Order ID: BO2526354637). The order has still not been dispatched and despite several emails, calls and messages, I have not received any proper update regarding cancellation or refund. I requested cancellation as the order was not dispatched, but there has been no satisfactory response from the company so far. This experience has been very disappointing and raises concerns regarding customer support and reliability. I request the company to kindly cancel the order and process the refund to the original payment method at the earliest.

The Collections are really Amazing, the prices are soo affordable, the store ambience and Staffs are so much helpful.

I ordered product from banana club but the size was small for the shirt and panthers. Unable to wear it even though I ordered large size and I requested a returned request. But even after 10 days they have not pick up my return and issued refund. I have called their customer service more than three times and they are telling they will pick up the order and fix the issue but till now they are not responding. After my third call they are not even picking up my phone. The worst experience I have a hard don't buy products from banana club

Banana Club has been one of the worst brands I’ve dealt with so far. I ordered a shirt from their website, and it didn’t fit well. I initiated a return request on the same day I received the parcel, but even after 15 days, no pickup has been scheduled. I’ve been trying to contact them every day with no luck. Don’t even think about purchasing from this brand you’ll only end up wasting your money. The quality of the clothes is also very poor.

The worst experience I ever had from any brand or site. I ordered 3 shirts from banana club and they sent 2 wrong products, after much convincing they said will refund the amount of the 2 products and claiming that it's my fault because from their end they packed 3 I don't know what are they expecting. The customer service did not respon

Please do visit the place, the store has wide variety of good and stylish collection. 👌 But felt quite expensive .

Absolutely pathetic product and dishonest seller. The item tore within just 1 hour of first use, proving it was already defective. Instead of accepting their poor quality, the seller shamelessly blamed the customer. This is clear cheating and zero quality control. Avoid this seller at all costs.

Very bad experience from customer service i ordered for 4000 rupees and the product was missing i contacted customer care and they were not ready to do anything to help me .. they were telling about some bullshit protocol .. please don’t purchase product from them if you fo so no guarantee u will recive the product take the risk of loosing money .. very bad customer service ..

Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service from Banana Club. I made full payment for my order, yet the delivery was cancelled automatically multiple times without any valid reason or prior communication. Taking payment and then repeatedly cancelling deliveries shows complete mismanagement and lack of accountability. Customer support is either unresponsive or provides no clear resolution, wasting both time and money. Such practices destroy customer trust. I strongly do not recommend Banana Club until they fix their delivery operations and take responsibility for paid orders.

Its a scam site never purchase anything from this site, they have very wrost exchange and return service , i have placed exchange on 9 th September, today is 17 September still no one picked the product for exchange, don't trust them
