From small beginings from the 70's as an out of the city hospital to a very efficient very busy hospital for the working class of people. Very reasonable price but waiting is there and no one will fleece you. All major and minor surgery only if required.. Early 90's there was a hospital head Dr. Naylor from the USA who also attended to patients she was very kind and friendly with all her patients. Present day latest technology has been implemented for patient care. Out patient care, inpatient care, Express clinic, Age well clinic, waiting area, car parking, canteen & rest rooms all hygienicaly maintained. This is not a corporate hospital so have no fear of being ripped off for money.

Dr Vijayaprabha , Dr Spurgeon from Dept of Endocrinology and Dr Niranjan Mallnaik in Dept of Orthopedics. I have consulted with all of these doctors, and they are exceptionally outstanding and empathetic toward their patients’ concerns. All are good listeners, which is essential for effective patient–doctor communication. I have been consulting BBH doctors for more than 12 years, and it is a very good hospital. The only downside is the long waiting hours during daytime visits. It’s better to choose evening clinic hours to avoid extended waiting times or private clinic if you can afford

I had a wonderful experience at Baptist during my pregnancy and delivery. Being a gynaecologist myself, i had so many worries about my pregnancy but under the wonderful care of Dr Sathyavani, i could blindly trust ma’am to do what’s best for me. She is so calm, confident and so up to date on the latest guidelines and recommendations. She never pushed for unnecessary testing or ultrasounds. During the labour process i was ready to give up and have a csec but she gave me the confidence and pushed for a normal delivery. I will be forever grateful to her for giving me the best antenatal and delivery experience i could have hoped for. Would also like to thank the other doctors handling my case- dr Rajalakshmi, dr Shivani, dr Suvarna and dr lakshmi who did such a great job at monitoring my progress so intently and encouraging me. The labour ward nurses are so well trained and so good at anticipating what i needed and overall kept the environment very positive. The postpartum ward staff were also very helpful especially when i was having issues with feeding- special mention to sister Anitha and sister VD for helping me with lactation issues. Had a wonderful team of pediatricians who took good care of my little one while i recovered - dr Pavithra and dr Girish. Thanks to the hospital for a wonderful birthing experience.

Got our first pregnancy delivery through Dr. Nalini Arunkumar. We are extremely happy with the overall service. Dr. Nalini is very polite, courteous and very supportive, earlier we had been to other hospitals and it was not satisfied, by reference we got to know about this doctor and it was good experience. I would really appreciate the management for the kind of culture developed in their staffs right from security to everyone are very helpfull. Sudhakar V from security helped us to get our misplaced gadget very quickly thanks for his support. I would strongly recommend this hospital in all parameters. For pregnancy delivery especially if you want to go for Normal delivery. 90% of the hospitals in Bangalore will push for C section and they are focused on money making methods only. But this hospital purely work for people and take the right decision for treatment.

Was there for my daughter, after having visited Aster CMI and Manipal hospital. Met with Dr Venkata Narasimha, Gastro Surgeon. He spent time to explain the entire problem and the solution. Absolute jem of a doctor and a very humble, approachable human being. We were hooked. My daughter immediately decided to get her treatment done in Baptist. The nurses were very friendly and all staff members, very helpful. Kudos to Baptist Hospital and everyone working there.

I admitted BBH Hebbal from 23rd sept to 26th sept for urine infection blood flow. I was taken care by Dr Dominic G and team and nurses , it was a house feel treat. Food was good as per the instructions, regular floor cleaning, ventilation, Fecility for 2nd bed too. I really suggest this BBH for others.

Excellent medical team.. Best care Doctors and Nurses at Emergency room, Nurses Sr. Rajini, Sr. Nalini, Sr, Jeba.. Sr. Reshma & Sr vanaja.. Very much took care with kindness.. Guest Relation dept. Mr. Srikanta took very good care and helped while I entered in Emergency Room.. Emergency room is very clean and tidy.. House keeping staff good.. In maintenance of ER.

Excellant Hospital to avail treatment. Hospital with Service as the main motive, and certainly not money minded. Moderately priced for consultation and other various services. Even medicines sold at discounted rates. Has a nice chapel to pray and worship. The doctors and nursing staff are courteous and service minded. Even the food courts available are providing quality food at affodable rates. They do not suggest you any tests unnecessarily. Has concessional pricing for the needy and underprevilaged. In Overall Good Hospital to get treatment.

I was recently admitted at the CCU of BBH for an angiogram and spent 4 days there post-Angioplasty. Experienced the warmth and care of CCU staff making the stay a very comfortable and relieving experience. The cardiologist Dr Thabit and the team of doctors including Dr. Praveena, Dr. Mathew, Dr. Eileen, offered the best medical care. I found the nurses team led by Sr. Sunitha was alway active and prompt in extending care and support to all the patients. I received the best care before and after the procedure by Sr Aishwarya, Sr Sheeba and Sr Soniya. A special mention about Sr Sheeba who was ever responsive and compassionate to her patients. It was also nice to see her teaching, guiding and involving the trainee-nurses in patient care. Also a word of appreciation for the helping staff including Ms Steffy and Ms. Rabitha. My journey in Baptist Clinic, Narayanapura started with Dr Geetika Neha G for Preconception in 2025, from my first visit She makes me feel comfortable & empathetic towards my complaints and concerns. She patiently answered all my questions & doubts which really helped ease my anxiety. She have suggested to runs some blood test and scans which i did and showed to her. The next month i conceived and the pregnancy was confirm through an early scan. What I appreciated the most was her calm and reassuring nature. She never rushed appointments and always took time to check on my physical and emotional well-being. Her professionalism, knowledge, and kindness gave me great confidence that I was in safe hands. I’m in my last leg of the journey & going to meet my baby soon this April 2026. The clinic staff were also friendly and organised, making every visit smooth and pleasant. I am truly grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend Dr.Geetika Neha to any woman looking for a compassionate and skilled OBG & Gynaecologist.

My wife and I have always had a very positive experience at Bangalore BAPTIST Hospital. The APPOINTMENT booking process over the phone is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. The REGISTRATION is usually smooth. However, adding one more staff member during peak morning hours could help speed up the process even further. The CONSULTATION - waiting to see the doctors can be challenging at times, but the wait is always worth it. The doctors are patient, attentive and give us the confidence to share our concerns freely. Their diagnosis and treatment have consistently been accurate and reassuring. Each of our visits has been a pleasant and encouraging experience. The PHARMACY provides medicines at prices lower than the MRP which is commendable. The only difficulty is the long waiting time during peak hours. Perhaps additional staff at both the billing and supply counters could help reduce the delay. Overall we feel truly blessed by the care we received especially from Dr Vincy Janet and Dr Silas Vinay Rao. Their dedication, compassion and professionalism have made a meaningful difference in our healthcare journey at the BBH.

I had a very bad experience at this so-called hospital. From the very first consultation, it felt like the focus was more on business than patient care. I spent ₹10,000 in just two days and was charged twice for consultation, only to get barely 2 minutes with the doctor — who didn’t even bother to properly look at my test results. She prescribed 11 tests, and 7 of them were missing from the report. The surprising part? She didn’t even notice or ask about the missing tests. Instead, she simply prescribed more tests and asked me to book another private session. Is this how healthcare works now? The staff behavior was also disappointing — they carried more attitude than doctors. It’s truly shameful to call this a hospital.

I have consulted Dr. Indu k. Naira and Dr. Rohit. Doctors are friendly and gives more time to patient. Very cooperative staff.
