Had gone along just like that, with my son to BMST, last evening to donate Blood. Located at New Tippasandra, quite a well maintained unit. Spacious with good seating arrangements to accomodate large crowds. This is a Rotary Club initiative. The Reception Staff were polite and helpful, particularly a female staff from Maldare, Coorg, who knew her job well, spoke well and this I believe earns trust that is irreplaceable, will make me, for sure, speak high about this place to my colleagues / friends. They had displayed large photos of funds collected from diff. schools with photos of students, towards good causes - for blood transfusion charges for needy Thalasemmia / Cancer patients. The Apheresis Room was clean and well equipped. The Staff in charge of drawing the blood samples was efficient and quick. Gave the certificates to us during the process itself, makes one feel happy & good about such deeds - timing is important - way to go. Refreshments are provided immediately. The Procedure was clean and quick, no mess at all. SMS messages reach us the following day, with our Blood Group mentioned, thanking us for the initiative. Felt Good, surely others too need to try this small yet important gesture, at whichever centres are closer to them, to spread goodness and compassion - that is slowly fading away from Bangalore, just takes sincere & simple efforts to create lasting changes and an impact.

My experience sitting in this place for almost 2.5 hours. Hospital VS Public Hospital staffs come provide blood sample - BMST staff wait for one hour= less than 30mins Public (Me) provided blood sample which was given from the hospital mentioned as emergency - BMST staff wait for one hour = 2hours exactly The best part is we had resereved a unit a day ago and wanted additional one more. The hospital staffs bring samples for more than 2 patients and it's quick Management needs to be fair for all!!!!!!

Excellent place to donate blood every six months. Ideal time is to go when there is a camp going on, and additional volunteers will be available to help you. Limited car parking so come by scooter or auto. They give you a certificate with a unique ID so you can get equal units of blood which you donate, for any blood group, as per availability. Hygienic and systematic.

Surroundings maintaining very neat and clean, good response, very big building not government organisation.

I donated blood at this center and was surprised to receive a message stating my blood group is O+, when my actual blood group is O-. I’ve had it confirmed through multiple reliable tests. When I raised the concern, they tried to convince me that their result is correct, which is very troubling. Blood group accuracy is extremely important, and mistakes like this could have serious consequences. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and rechecks their procedures to ensure this doesn't happen to other donors.

Very Good, Best experience of blood donation The staff were very good and friendly. Initially there was a registration process which included filling form. Then I got to wait a bit long since 8-10 people had come for donations as it was the weekend. Staff were very much informative and better care was provided throughout the blood donation process.

I am a regular blood donor in BMST. They check sugar levels, weight and blood pressure and then take blood. Hygiene conditions are maintained. They also arrange for blood donation campaign on request if there are minimum number of blood donors like 50 or so. They take whole blood, however platelet donation is taken here only based on requirement of it since platelets' shelf life is only 5 days. I recommend everyone who are eligible for donation of blood and medically fit to donate blood. Blood donation can be done once in every 90 days.

Staff members are very helpful. Place is very clean and neat, You can sit and relax, as you have to wait (1 to many hours) till the staff completes necessary actions before handing over the components. Charges for Blood components are more compared to other blood banks as they do many more testings with the sample.

blood bank is good am not satisfied with staff who has drawn blood for hb and while pricking from hand it's very bad experience which I got from ttk hand is paining for the first time after giving many times donating blood

Great blood bank.easy to locate. Neat clean and well maintained. You can go and donate blood voluntarily. You can call them and ask for any clarifications too. Kind and helpful staff. They also give a certificate if you donate blood. They conduct various blood donation drives as well. Recommend this place.

Thanks a lot to staff, health personnels and authorities of BMST! You were able to provide plasma for Convalescent plasma treament for a friend of mine. When we enquired over the phone, your staff courteously answered the call, noted down the details and blocked the plasma for 3 hours. We reached the facility with requisition form and blood sample and received the plasma, in about an hour. Thanks to the anonymous donor and indebted _/\_

I went there to donate blood. It was well organised process. They facilitate the donation very efficiently. It took the minimum time required. Very clean and well maintained. Recommended place for others to also go and donate

I had visited the place for donating the blood today and experience was excellent. Staff were very clear about getting the donars information and providing or clarifying the doubts. I And also good thing about donating blood in this place is, if you are in need of blood in Future you can show your donation certificate and get unit without paying.

Place is good for blood donation. 1. They check weight Bp, priliminary blood tests 2. Parking at front and back 3. Provided juice post donation 4. They also have specific blood donation and transfusion facilities like platelets, RBC, WBC. Highly recommended for blood donation.

Today i called TTK blood bank in thippasandra branch. The customer care is very very worst. . One lady picked the call she s very roud.. She is not giving proper information while talking only disconnectiong the call.. .Very bad experience. Now we went to other blood bank.

They are amazing.. They took samples very faster. Receptionist was too cooperative. He gave good and useful information. They are good equipped and they does good test. All good experience.

Bmst is a good blood bank in banglore, I gave my plate let here. that dengu patient is very happy. and I got yearly advance birthday wishes via sms. Thankyou....
