The behavior is not too bad, but the rules that they have it's crazy, as a foreigner student I can't take an ATM. It's very bad I went 2 days and they still didn't called the main office at Tehran that they have a look that I can take a card or no. I have 1 year residency but still they said wiat. Iran is a good place but if you want to stay for long time you'll face some problems. Only for a 1, 2 or 3 month taur it's good. I hope my info help all the foreigners and citizens, the bank is between Baihaq & Baghi Meli squares.
