Hotel Banyan Palace | Best Hotel in Poonamalle

Very poor service getting money but no response for anything 1) lift not working (seniors citizens should go only in steps to first floor) 2) wash room not clean very dirty 3) no water supply for wash rooms very worst service don't book this hall

this hotel banyan palace was vary net and peace full to take rest tha wifi was very fast and room was net and clean , bed was soft and net so kind go with your partner or friend and familys.

The hotel is located along the Chennai Bangalore highway and that's a plus if you are travelling by bus as you can get down near the hotel itself. It is close to the airport too. If you plan to travel to Chennai by train then this hotel is more than 20 km away, but you can easily find cabs to reach here. There are many restaurants around this place and also the hotel has it's own restaurant. The lift in the hotel was still not working (it's been like this since 3-4 months now as mentioned in other reviews), but the staff were courteous enough to inform that and take your permission before alloting a room on the fourth floor. The rooms were spacious and well lit. The linen was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast provided was pretty good and filling. The next morning we didn't face any problem to hire ola or uber cabs. All the staff that we interacted with were polite and courteous. On the downside though, the toilets were not clean and a weird stench was emanating from the bathroom inspite of getting it cleaned and keeping the exhaust fan on for quite some time. This is what snatched away two stars from my rating, which otherwise would have been a 5 star. I hope the hotel management take some efforts in getting the toilets cleaned properly.

One of the best places to conduct your marriage and parties. The places looks grand and amazing with a total of 55 rooms in it to accommodate a lot of people at a budget friendly price. The ceiling height of the mini hall is a little short and you can touch it if you raise your hands. Could have been better to be honest. Ignoring it rest are all good.

Very bad. I booked the hotel after seeing the mixed reviews from customers. The outer of the hotel and the reception will make you think it's good, even the room. But the room linen was not even cleaned and there were lot of bed bugs. Washroom looked old without maintenance. Morning breakfast is a packed one so you'll just have dosa and idly. And don't even expect the room service, they didnt even mind to carry our luggages. Don't book i unless you want stay in this area.

Please don't even think about booking this hotel. We booked multiple rooms for a family function. There are issues with almost all rooms. Water not draining.hair on bed. Unwashed pillow covers and bed spread. AC was out entire day. Fan was not working properly. When we asked to fix , the service person say that is how it will be there. Very rude behaviour that I have never seen anywhere. I strongly suggest to book any other hotels even if it is little far. Most important: They don't even provide drinking water. Now you can imagine.

Decent hotel but lot of scope for improvement. Breakfast is below average, they dont have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, staff is ok - not very proactive. Sheets are dirty, rooms are average I.e. they look fine but can be cleaner and maintained better. They dont clean the rooms properly (in terms of changing sheets and providing water bottles). AC is noisy and lighting in the room didnt work properly.

Property amenities and structure is very high class rooms are very classy and cozy bathrooms are neat and clean food is also and staff is very friendly large spacious. With parking facility. Transparency is best part of this hotel suitable for couples and family and friends if u want 4or 5 star experience in ur bugut u can get it here
