My stay at Barceló Hotel Business Bay was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and perfectly located, with stunning views and an atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed and welcome. The rooms are elegant, spotless, and very comfortable, and every detail—from the amenities to the overall design—reflects a high level of quality and care. What made the experience even more memorable was the outstanding service from the staff. I would especially like to recognize Trina Emerald at the reception. She was absolutely wonderful—professional, warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. From the moment I arrived, she made the check-in process seamless and ensured that everything about my stay was perfect. Her kindness, positive energy, and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines efficiency with such a sincere and welcoming attitude. Trina represents the hotel in the best possible way, and her service alone would make me want to return. Overall, Barceló Hotel Business Bay exceeded my expectations. Between the excellent facilities, the prime location, and the exceptional staff, it is without a doubt a place I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubai. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

When you enter the hotel and it smells very nice. So the first impression is positive!! We checked in and went to our rooms. Large rooms with big comfortable beds and pillows. All the staff members were polite with a smile and ready to help you with everything. Very good breakfast. The location is very good in my opinion. Is near all attractions. So, yes i will stay again here

This hotel is absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine smiles from everyone—from the person who seemed to be the manager to both receptionists. This kind of warm hospitality is something I haven't frequently experienced, so it was a breath of fresh air. Everything from that point on was impeccable. I love the thoughtful detail of leaving water bottles in the morning; it’s a small touch that makes a huge difference. The facilities are perfect: the pool is excellent and actually long enough for training (it looks like a 25m lap pool). The breakfast is delicious and the entire staff is incredibly kind and professional. I am truly impressed and I’ve decided that I want to stay here every single time I visit Dubai—or honestly, just stay here for my entire trip! The entire team does such an outstanding job that they truly deserve to be recognized and rewarded—they are the heart of this hotel and they definitely deserve a raise for the world-class service they provide! Amazing job to the whole team.

I had a truly excellent stay at Barceló Business Bay. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, professional, and very well organized. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant yet welcoming, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. It really made my stay relaxing and stress-free. Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The room is ok, small, but clean. Breakfasts are fine. The main problems was the location: 10 minutes from Dubai Mall, but in taxi. By feet - nothing is accessible. While showering be ready that water will be cold than hot and again. We didn’t have the internet in one of the days for the whole day which caused our troubles at work. Be prepared that extra charges will be taken because something was broken by you. We moved the weight scale when it exploded, we called a cleaning service and told them about it. However, when we checked out and they said that everything was fine we were about to enter our taxi when we were called back and forced to pay for the weight scale. Very unpleasant staff told us that they didn’t care about our problems with the internet, water, he didn’t care about the taxi which was waiting for us etc and for bad reviews as well. The taxi driver told us that we were the 4th people saying that Barceló charge people for anything. So I would advise you to choose another hotel with better service, location and the internet.

The Ramadan iftar was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. The service team was wonderful—very friendly and attentive throughout the evening. We went for the Grand Iftar at the rooftop of Barceló in Business Bay, and it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious, the ambience was beautiful, and the hospitality was outstanding. A special thank you to Putham for the kind gesture and warm service. There was a great variety of dishes, and our favorites were the Umm Ali, shawarma, and the chicken barbecue items.

Great hotel! I really enjoyed the room – spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness was excellent, and the pool was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location is convenient, close to the bus stop, making it easy to get around. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Barcelo Business Bay Dubai from 19-23 of February. The hotel staff, from the reception until restaurant and swimming pool, was totally helpful and eager to help at anything the visitor needs. Especially KIROLOS at breakfast was very kind and it was him that made me feel special, treating me in fact a ginger shot on the third day. In conclusion, I would recommend it undoubtedly to anyone who ’s seeking for both luxury and excellent value for money.

We totally recommend this hotel for a stay in Dubai. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Rooms are big, modern and clean. Breakfast was very good. Only thing you have to consider is that the hotel is about 35 minutes walking distance from the next metro station. The hotel offers 3 times a day a shuttle service to Dubai mall, but if you don’t want to go at the defined time it is a bit hard to reach the public transportation. However, all in all great hotel 😊🤩

Alles super, Service sehr zuvorkommend und zuverlässig. Die Zimmer funktional und gemütlich. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool - ein Traum, hier lassen sich lange Bahnen ziehen und sich von der Hitze abkühlen. Die Lage ist ebenso gut. 300m ist man am Water Canal wo man entspannt bis zum Strand oder zur Dubai Mall laufen kann. Barceló Hotels - kleiner zu den anderen Riesen aber gemütlicher und zufriedener... Special thanks to Emerald and her Team.

Le camere sono sempre pulitissime e dotate di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il cibo è una vera sorpresa, con una vasta scelta di piatti deliziosi e ben preparati. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, e vorrei menzionare in particolare Kyrollos, un ragazzo egiziano molto simpatico e professionale che ha reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L'hotel offre anche una piscina di 30 metri e un'area fitness ben attrezzata, il che è perfetto per chi vuole mantenere la forma durante il viaggio. La posizione è ideale, a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto e dal Dubai Mall con tanto di navetta gratuita. In generale, il Revier Hotel è un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un soggiorno di lusso a Dubai.

Special thanks to EIRZ at reception and the gentleman who helped me during check-in — they were so accommodating, especially since I arrived early. Also, Jennifer at check-out was wonderful and made the process so smooth. Everyone here is friendly, happy, and always ready to help. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations — I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Towels are changed frequently and great attention is paid to every detail. The food is excellent - and I say that as an Italian! Ce que j'ai aimé dans cet hotel : Sentiment de convivialité à "l'espagnole" Les chambres sont bien équipées Ce que jai moyennement apprécié : La qualité des aliments au petit dejeuner malgres le choix nombreux, la nourriture est de moyenne qualite. Ce que jai detesté : Une tres mauvaise surprise au resto le soir de la deuxieme journee de mon sejour. J'etais en demi pension. La premier soir, c'etait agréable, un buffet trés appréciable acec beaucoup de choix. Le deuxième soir, à ma grande surprise, il y a plus de buffet, toute la partie buffet a été apparement reservee par un groupe, et je n'yavais plus le droit qu'à quelques choix tres limités avec une bien moindre qualité. 3 petites tranches de pain avec dessus une mousse de tartare saumon de conserve cest ca lentrée tartare saumon à 65 AED. Un personnel qui vous met mal a l'aise et pas professionnel.
