ì can seriously say that the management and the staff of the company are highly professional and very helpful . I had a problem with my dvr and cameras and called them and within 2 hours 2 of their staff came . they spend time to solve my issues which was caused by previous company. they are very polite and knowledgeable. I really highly recommend anyone for their services. you will not be disappointed. also they have very reasonable prices compared to other companies .

Came 6 times to fix a wireless microphone. They just fix the power button. But not the microphone. How microphone will work without the sound from the speaker? They are happy they fix the power. Not even helping to try it in there store. I Paid for nothing sadly. Definitely i will not come back and i will not recommend.

Yesterday, I visited Al Barsha Electronics to buy a USB Hub Adapter/connector. Before purchasing, I clearly asked if I could return it in case it didn’t work, and they said yes. However, when I tried it, the product did not work. Today around 3 pm, I went back to return it. They told me to come after 5 pm. When I returned again, they refused to take it back and behaved very rudely. Instead of helping, they blamed my devices. This was extremely unprofessional, no respect for customers, no proper service, and absolutely no responsibility for the product they sold. It was a waste of my time and money, and I left feeling very disappointed.

Truly amazing service. I cannot recommend this place enough. I brought in my surface book 2 computer after failing to get any other repair shop to take it as this is a very expensive computer and not everyone is equipped to fix it. Jaber, the computer technician, not only fixed it completely, he gave it a very thorough inspection and was so meticulous and knowledgeable that my computer is now running better than it had been in years!!! I was sceptic at first due to some of the negative reviews but I now believe that these may just be fake reviews or something as this place really deserves a full 5 star 💫 rating. Thank you Jaber for a wonderful service. You literally saved me tons of money and a lot of time as well 🙏

I visited the shop last week. Was looking for a replacement RAM stick. Found them online, called to enquire. They checked and called me back. Got the exact replacement. They were transparent that it was a used stick. Got it at a great price so didn't need to feign shock or bargain on it. I didn't expect them to call back at the time of enquiry, but they did. The RAM specs are old, so it was surprising to find it at all. They offered to lug my heavy PC to the car. Though I declined, the gesture is most appreciated.

I am very disappointed with the service. After bringing my laptop for a screen replacement under warranty, the new screen felt harder to close properly, and a scratch appeared during handling. The issue could have been avoided with better care. They didn’t fix it properly despite the warranty. Overall, I do not recommend this service. And they didn't help me! I told them I want someone to help me . They blamed me and they said it was my problem! ???? ما انصح أبدا أبدا ابدا
