انا زبون دائم و اشتريت الكثير من العدد كن المكان و يتوفر جميع المستلزمات النادرة كذلك ، لكن خدمة بعد البيع سيئا جدا ، اشتريت منشار الي كهربائي من شركة هم الوكيل لها،المنشار بداء يضهر مشاكل اهتزاز بعد اسبوعين من الاستخدام ، فقمة بارجاع المنشار للإصلاح،اول حاول موظف استلام الصيانة التكذيب و ادعاء عدم وجد المشكلة ، و بعدها بقي مع الصيانة لمدة اسبوع وواضح انهم غير مؤهلين للصيانة او يعرفو اي اشي عن المنتج و ما بعرفو شو بعملو صيانة اي كلام بعد بحث قمت في على الانترنت عرفت ما هي المشكلة و حليتها بتعديل قطعة واضح انو الصيانة غير مؤهلة نهائيا ، بعد ما استلمت منهم كانو مخربين صمام الزيت و صار يرشح زيت ، خدمة صيانة سيئا جدا

المكان جيد من ناحية تنوع البضاعة، لكن المشكله اني لم استطيع ان اتسوق براحتي بسبب تدخل الموظفين بالزبون وعرض خدماتهم،. لمساعدته وهو امر مزعج ربما تظن الادارة بانها بهذا الشكل تخدم الزبائن ولكن بالعكس. هذا الامر يضيع علينا فرصة استكشاف الموجود من البضاعة ويقلل فرص الشراء. كنت اشعر اني مراقب بشكل مزعج من الموظفين

زبون صويلح. تقريبا كل ما تبحث عنه تجده في مخازن البشيتي و يوجد اكثر من فرع للعلامة التجارية لكن يبدو ان المالكين مختلفين. تعرفت عليه عندما كنت ابحث عن مواد البناء المختلفة و مواد التشطيبات العمرانية او حتى الصيانة. ثم تعرفت على قسم الادوات المنزلية و الزراعية. و يوجد لديهم قسم بل اقسام للخرداوات المختلفة الاحتياجات من السيارة الى المنزل و العمل او حتى اشباع الهوايات بشكل عام. اسعارهم مناسبة. لا يوجد منتجات طعام او شراب و لا ملاب و احذية.
