The showroom is spacious, with a wide variety that suits all tastes. Sizes are well organized by type, which makes choosing easy and helps visitors focus on their goal. I would also like to highlight the smiles and kindness of the young staff, who were ready to help despite the heavy customer traffic. The free drinks corner was a thoughtful touch, offering a short break to relax and start again for a second or even third round.

Really the best outlet store out there, sells only authentic items, no copies. The staff are very nice, the products are excellent, and the waiting area is really comfortable, definitely the best part.

You can find really good pieces here. All branded, well-organized, and sorted by size and type. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they definitely made me a loyal client! (The fitting rooms are very clean and the lighting is perfect as u can see in the photo)

I come all the way from the North to shop from Basic Hazmieh, I love the atmosphere here, the team is friendly and offers excellent customer service. The manager, Sajeda is very supportive, kind, and always listens to customers. I truly appreciate the professionalism here! I love Basic Hazmieh and would love to see a branch open in the North!
