Went with a friend here for their signature shakes in the hot summer weather. The environment of the shop is just excellent but sitting space is limited. They let you try different flavours of your choice as well. They have quite a variety ranging from cakes, ice-cream, shakes, waffles etc. We got their small shake which cost 900Rs for each. I got cookies and cream+ chocolate chip and my friend got strawberry and dragon fruit. Both shakes were excellent and refreshing. The staff is also really kind. Overall 8.5/10. Really expensive but really good too. Needs some price control.

Undoubtedly one of the best ice creams parlours in Islamabad is Baskin Robbins. It's located in F-11 Islamabad. The best part is that it has sugar free ice creams, so I took my father who has sugar and he was highly delighted to eat 3 scoops of ice creams. Over all a good experience. Parking is a major concern , even when visiting in non peak hours, parking remains an issue. My rating is 7/10

Very tasty & great selection of premium ice-creams. But very expensive, we paid more than what our whole meal costed for 2 people. I don’t think the luxury justifies the cost. It’s more expensive than other branches too. Double chocolate moose was a great flavour.

It is an intetnational chain but people in pakistan are earning locally so tge prices should be reduced. 470 per scoop is too expensive. Overall icecream is good.

Ufff such a heavenly dessert they are offering. In addition to 31 different flavors of ice cream, they also offer cakes. If you are visiting the F-11 branch, you can take your ice cream to the park opposite to the branch, and enjoy breath taking weather of Islamabad with delicious ice cream from Baskin Robbins. Staff is cooperative, and helps customers in ordering the right flavor for them, by letting them taste different flavors. Visit on Tuesday, you will get a free scoop😜.

I ordered 2 scoops 1 praline and 2 world class chocolate and got 1 free deal on Tuesday. I selected strawberry flavour in 900 only. All flavours were exceptionally good.

Their taste is good just like any other BR. They have cooperative staff and have 31 flavors on board. U can usually find some promotion on cards or golootlo app.

The best place for Icecream. Totally love the place and ambiance although they don't have much of sitting space but the icecream is best❤ Please increase your sitting area😅

Such creamy and delicious ice creams... very helpful staff... very clean and nice place.. The flavours are so creative and you can select from savoury to zesty and sweet tastes. The ice cream looked delicious but tasted even better..

Took 2 jamoca almond fudge with hot fudge whipped cream and nuts. The hot fudge was a few drops, whipped cream was bare minimum and nut were bare (1 tiny spoon full. Upon requesting for the topping to justified on the basis of 2 scoops, I was told “you have to pay for anything beyond this” “you get the same amount of topping for 1 or even 10 scoops” and you will have to pay extra otherwise. Expected better from a foreign brand & never visited again.

Ordered about 13 servings of ice cream. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for them to even take my order, they had me wait an absurdly long time, during which they took and delivered multiple other people's orders. After entering the branch I came to see multiple members of staff, sitting inside the branch doing absolutely nothing while customers were told to wait outside to give and receive their orders. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. After this ordeal I received my ice cream (which they had me pay full price for)with the exception of an entire double-scoop cup because the non-serious and unprofessional staff including the manager forgot. My message to the owner of this branch would be, if you are unable to provide the level of customer service you are charging so much money for, please consider venturing into other forms of business.

Interesting variety of different flavours to enjoy and rejoice. Great deal of topping on ice cream options available. The flavours that stand out to be are pistachio almond, gold medal ribbon, jamoca almond fudge, chocolate chip and cookies n cream. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Definitely it's Baskin Robbins when it's the matter of excellence.
