the flavours are so tasty, love it !! its quite expensive although the prices are reasonable since BR is a brand for ice cream. Affordable enough

Nothing extra ordinary The staff are just doing their job The ice cream didn’t taste that good and had small bits of frost bites. Plus personally the price tag is not worth the ice cream tbh !

A nice Baskin Robbins outlet near salmiya cooperative. Lall varieties of their standard icecreams are available and the staff is very friendly.

We visited Baskin Robbin's today at 4:30pm. We love the variety of flavours and toppings they have. But the lady staff Margaret present there today was extremely unpleasant, not cheerful at all. It felt as if she was doing us a favour. If you want more customers, please train your staff to be cordial and cheerful!

Baskin Robbins has always been one of my favourite place to be when I feel like having ice cream. This is a small outlet in my area next to the co-operative supermarket. I would have given a 5 star rating but unfortunately they were not carrying the full range of ice cream flavours this time that they usually keep. Almost half of the ice cream freezer was empty. But overall, this is the place to be if you have a sweet tooth or just love to have some mouth watering ice cream flavour. The place is neat and clean and if more people are not there you can enjoy your ice cream there itself as it has only 2 small tables. There is ample parking available for cars as the outlet lies in supermarket area but that might work the other way around at times as the supermarket also keeps quite busy most of the time. Recommend to everyone.

Today i went to baskin robbins in salmiya block 10 and bought ice cream cake.i usually go to this branch and the staffs are very good to customers.but to my surprise the staff was ms.margaret who was so rude to me and replied as if she didn't want me to buy anything from there.i request BR to change her from this outlet and take serious actions against such staffs who wouldn't want to give any respect to customers.I really do not want to visit this outlet next time if she will continue her unpleasant behaviour to customers.

I love how the flavours keep changing everytime I come. Customer service is also good. Will always come back for my favourite icecream.

I must say that I have visited numerous Baskin Robbins branches in Kuwait, but the staff at this particular branch is by far the most unfriendly, grumpy, and rude one I have ever encountered.
