هو فندق ذو 3 نجوم يقع في موقع ممتاز في قلب المدينة. يتميز هذا الفندق بغرف مريحة ومجهزة تجهيزًا جيدًا، وخدمة استقبال ممتازة، ومجموعة من المرافق التي تشمل مطعمًا متنوعًا يقدم وجبات شهية، وصالة استقبال أنيقة، ومركز لياقة بدنية، وإنترنت لاسلكي مجاني. يعتبر هذا الفندق خيارًا رائعًا للمسافرين الذين يبحثون عن إقامة مريحة وميزانية معقولة.

المميزات مكان مميز على شط العرب أيقونة البصرة الفيحاء. كادر ودود ومهني جدا. نظافة جيدة جدا اهتمام واضح بمنشآت الفندق كالصالة الرياضية والساونا والاستراحة. بامكانك استخدام المنشآت المذكورة باشتراك يومي حتى لو لم تكن نزيلا في الفندق. السعر غالي نسبيا. Pros: Nicely located by the icon of Basra, Shatt Al Arab River. Very friendly and professional staff. Extra cleanliness. High attention paid to the facilities like the Gym, Sauna, the hall ..etc. You can pay to use those previously mentioned facilities even if you were not booked a room with this hotel. Cons: high price.

The hotel is amazing, the combination of history, culture and modern life of Basra Community is reflected through the different facilities, services and style. the staff is very helpful and friendly. It is clear that the management has concentrated on the selection of the best qualities to gain customers' positive reaction.

اقامة ممتازه وطاقم خدوم جدا ومحترم .. اهل البصرة والعراق بشكل عام محترمين وخدومين ويخجلونك .. الفندم يحتاج تجديد للاثاث قليلا ولكن ما يمنع انه الغرف واسعه وجيده جدا شكرا لكم

This was by far, the best hotel to stay in while in Basra. I first stayed here in 1997 when it was still the Sheraton. The rooms were clean and the service was top notch. The pool was a bit cloudy, but those were the days of sanctions and I am sure that chlorine was hard to come by. Best service, and friendly staff all around. The people of southern Iraq are very hospitable

Spacious room and generally a clean hotel. Breakfast was also good. Although on the corniche, view from the room was not great. Window would not open and as it was also unclean taking a good picture of the new bridge was also not possible. There's very tight security to get into this hotel.

Spacious, well appointed room. Clean. Friendly staff. Generous buffet breakfast. Open air pool, fitness center with dry and steam sauna. Great location on the banks of Shatt AL Arab.

One of biggest hotels in Basrah with long history. Very nice building design. Prices are high compared to service quality. Interior decoration is nice but require more improvements. Location is one of the best in Basrah its located directly on Shat Al-Arab river.

فندق راقي وخدمه ممتازه وذو نكه بصراوي جميله وخصوصا العاملين فيه... ذو اخلاق عالية... وأكثر مايعجبني فيه الجلسة وسط الفندق ذات جو هاديء وراحة نفسيه تامة فشكرا لهيءة وإدارة الفندق... نتمنى أن يرتقي للأحسن...

I will be only talking about the bad experiences I have had during my stay at the hotel. Firstly, the very poor WIFI service. I literally struggled with the internet during my one-week stay, and this caused me to delay some work. I really hope that they can fix this issue as soon as possible. Secondly, the poor emergency services provided by the hotel. During my stay, I have experienced a really urgent medical/health condition and needed to be moved immediately to a hospital. I called the reception in order to ask for help, however, no help was provided. I completely depended on myself to go to the hospital without any assistance from the hotel crew! This was really shameful and inhumane! I hope this review will reach the hotel management in order to tackle these issues. Otherwise, I will never recommend the hotel to anyone.

Nice, clean hotel and conference hall. Swimming pool is cool. Not worth the money. Very expensive compared to such hotel outside the country. Also there’s Spa services available and traditional coffee on ground level. There is a branch of Alrashid bank and two ATMs.

فندق البصرة الاول .. ولا يمكن المقارنة بينه وبين غيره ، لكن على ما يبدوا ان بعض موظفي الاستقبال لا يحسنون التعامل مع الصحافة والاعلام ، عليهم دخول دورات تطويرية .. ومع هذا فهو مكان مناسب لشخصيات الـVIP

—إن مرافق الراحة المتنوعة تجعل من التجهيز الأساسي لأماكن الإقامة المريحة متكاملة. وتوفر الخزنة أنسب حماية لممتلكات الضيوف. توجد غرف عائلية مخصصة للنزلاء بصحبة أطفالهم.

من افظل الفنادق في البصره يتميز أبناءه القديم وبين ألحداثه له تاريخ جميل
