Batch has stunning-looking food and some of the best, clean sandwiches in Muscat. We had the cilantro chicken sandwich and the pesto bechamel toast which were both amazing. The iced macchiato had the perfect sweet, salty, coffee kick and the iced latte was the perfectly smooth, cool and refreshing coffee you need on a hot summer day! Service was friendly and efficient! This will be a regular breakfast haunt for us. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best sandwich choices among all the cafes in Muscat so far! The ambiance is great, the staff is professional, and you can tell they use really high-quality coffee beans. A huge shout-out to the barista, they completely understood my taste, gave the perfect recommendation, and crafted a flawless cup. 10/10.

Visited Batch. at Mall of Oman today with my family, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. We enjoyed a beautifully brewed coffee along with their signature Tiramisu Latte, which was rich, smooth, and perfectly crafted. The desserts were exceptional — the Cream Cheese Maritozzo was light, fresh, and indulgent, while the Sebastian Chocolate was deep, luxurious, and absolutely delightful. The elegant ambience, attention to detail, and quality of flavors make Batch. a perfect spot for a refined family outing. Truly a place that delivers on taste, comfort, and experience. The café has a pleasant atmosphere, and the coffee is good. I also appreciate that they offer a decaf option, which is great for those who prefer to avoid caffeine. The staff were respectful and professional. When I mentioned that the coffee tasted a bit too bitter for my preference, they kindly replaced it and tried to adjust it to better suit my taste, which I really appreciated.

I thoroughly enjoy the bakery, food, and coffee. The design and quality are exceptional. The service is excellent, and the place is clean and well-maintained. The ambiance is great, fitting perfectly into the Arabian style. Parking is also available and easy to reach.

I stumbled upon this café thanks to its intriguing name on the Talabat app. Curious, I checked out the menu and was immediately impressed by their variety of breads. I ended up ordering a walnut and flaxseed bread along with a spicy béchamel turkey puff—both of which were absolutely amazing! I was so impressed that I decided to visit the café in person after work for a coffee with a friend. What a beautifully and elegantly done place! The earthy tones and classy interior create such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Their display of breads, sandwiches, and desserts looked just as good in real life as they did online. Since I love quiches, I couldn’t resist packing a spinach and feta cheese quiche and another spicy béchamel turkey puff to go. Even after a few hours, both were super delicious—though I can only imagine how incredible they must taste fresh out of the oven! Today, I went back again—this time to dine in and try one of their sandwiches. I asked about their bestsellers, and the staff recommended the halloumi and chicken sandwiches. Wow, wow, wow! I was truly blown away. The bread was perfectly baked, the filling was generous and flavorful, and the sauces tied everything together beautifully. Pure perfection! This spot is an absolute must-visit for dine-in. Trust me—you’ll thank me later!

This place was recommended to me by many of my friends since I was looking for a warm bakery to have my breakfast. The atmosphere of this place, its elegant design, their way of displaying the breads are so impressed! I visited Alkoudh branch, not to forget they have another branch in Mall of Oman. I ordered Latte and Croissant with egg and mushrooms. Can’t describe how good is this meal and I left the place feeling full after this meal. I had brunch here with my friend, and everything was absolutely 10/10! I ordered the avocado toast, French toast, and an iced Americano — all were delicious and beautifully presented. The food presentation was outstanding, and the taste was just perfect. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and greeted us so nicely. We truly enjoyed our experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this place!

The staff is kind, friendly and super helpful. The food is delicious, I tried the spinach and feta croissant wheel, it was amazing. My friend had the tandoor chicken sandwich, she said it was really good, just that the chicken and spice taste was very strong, but overall a lovely experience and will definitely be back!

The food quality is excellent, with a good variety of options. As for beverages, both the coffee and matcha are really good — no complaints there. What did surprise me was the price tag, which is above average for this area. Although Batch has another branch in Mall of Oman where the premium pricing still feels reasonable, here it feels a bit steep. Another surprise was seeing the place completely full on a Friday morning, which shows that the higher prices are still widely accepted.

Patch Cafe is amazing! I've tried the Tandoori Chicken, Halloumi Focaccia sandwiches, and Almond Croissant - they're all delicious! Their pastries are literally the best! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique cafe experience! 💯💯💯💯👌👌👌👌

You are steps away from goodness indeed. Great coffee, fresh sandwiches and a tranquil design. Lots of waves mixed with organic rocks that will wash your worries away. Loved the music choice and the simplicity of lights.

This coffee shop has a really lovely interior – the design and atmosphere are great. However, the seating arrangement was a bit awkward for our group of four. The tables are quite small and fixed, so we had to split up and sit at two separate tables. On the bright side, the cold latte and cold chocolate we ordered were both very good. Unfortunately, the pistachio cake and marble cake slices were extremely dry, which was disappointing. The staff, though, were friendly and helpful, which was a definite plus.

Hands down the best matcha I’ve had! The quality is amazing, and you can really taste the difference. I love that they use ceremonial grade matcha sourced from Japan it’s smooth, rich, and never bitter. If you’re a matcha lover, this place is a must try 🍵

Pedí un cheesecake de San Sebastián a domicilio y estuvo súper rico y empacado de una forma fantástica con una linda nota de cumpleaños. El servicio por Whastapp no fue bueno, se demoraron en contestar, luego me atendieron con una falsa amabilidad y con un requerimiento que realicé luego de mi pedido se le notó a la persona de Whastapp que en realidad no era amable. Ya estaba como aburrida con el pedido, pero afortunadamente llegó Ilyas y lo salvó todo. Coordinó todo por teléfono, me ayudó en absolutamente todo y me brindó un servicio fantástico que cambió positivamente mi opinión sobre la marca. Espero que el manager lo cuide mucho porque es una excelente empleado.
