So it’s my first time in Bath and body workshop. I was impressed by the appearance of the magazine that they placed the products in a very nice way for a colourful appearance . I need to find a spray and a lady called Neha She was the one help me to find the spray and I tried several and impressed because even it’s a natural one with a few glisters so if you ever need anything for your body, just come here and make your Wish come true.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Bath & Body Works! The staff members Muhammad Safwan and Neja were incredibly polite, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. They made me feel welcome and guided me patiently to find exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service like this truly makes a difference. Nice, vibrant, smells fantastic and staff were super friendly. Been to other branches like the one in the marina mall, staff were mean and rude.

I went to the bath and body works shop in Nakheel Mall on my last day in Dubai. Dipesh Pradhan was so helpful and accommodating to all the skin related issues I and my mother shared. He suggested the best of the serums and cleaners as per our requirements. Very helpful salesperson and was also kind enough to guide us on tax refund for DXB airport. Great experience!

They stock products that's don't work, no idea wether they are defective or expired. Bought some bathbombs for my girlfriend (didn't work), salesmen also sold me a liquid foam to add on top, still didn't work.

Horrible ! experience but a worker named told me to STOP wasting product when i sprayed 1 spray of perfume tester I know his name, but I won’t disclose it cause I’m just that good 😌 horrible!!
