I would like to sincerely thank BBw Sahara Mall and especially the staff member, Miss. Wileka. I visited last week to purchase a gift for my sister’s marriage, and she’s suggested a fantastic product with a great offer and excellent packaging. She did an outstanding job, respecting my timeline and making the experience truly valuable. I highly recommend this product and Sahara Mall for anyone looking for quality gifts and excellent service!

It was quite expensive but worthy. Candles, perfume, shower gel, and hand wash soaps are the top moving items here. Look for offers and try to utilise it to save some penny. There are really vast varieties of flavours in each items, but very few will be good. Perfumes: mad at you and sweet pea are must try ones Lotion: White ginger tea Candles: straberry pound cake (dark red)

It's a very nice place to buy gifts and to buy creams and etc, they have all fragrances and all types of popular creams, last time I visited I bought a few creams and it was very nice.

I had a very bad experience with Bath & Body Works at Sahara Centre. I received TWO official SMS messages confirming that I have 10 days to collect my order (BWAESSEB755748). I went to the store on Day 9, but I was shocked to be told that the order was cancelled automatically after only 7 days. This is completely different from what your messages clearly say. I travelled from a far place just to collect the order, and it was a total waste of my time and effort. On top of that, I originally purchased the items during a big discount, and now the offer is no longer available. This is very unfair and misleading. Bath & Body Works should fix this system error and take responsibility for the inconvenience caused to customers.

They had so many good products , The quality is so good with great offers . The first time I bought from here, but many more in the future . The staff is so polite & supportive , especially the lady on the cash counter .

I only like when they go on sale. Their offers are great and good stuff

I had a bad experience with a lady staff member at Bath & Body Works in Sharjah, Al Nahda, around 9 PM. When I was inquiring about the offers and details, she was not responding properly or respectfully. Despite the poor service, I proceeded with my purchase out of necessity. Please ensure that your staff treat customers with courtesy and provide proper assistance. We are paying for the products, not receiving them for free. Respectful service should be a given.

5 star for products and quality. 1 star for customer service. I eventually went to store for shopping in my traditional attire (indian kurta pajama) there was only one black lady, I was checking products and she was near handwash area. I went to check the handwash and then she started cleaning it and took over the place, she removed all hand washer and her gesture was so weird, expressions were like she want me to leave.so I left the shop but still wondering if she is there to sell products to people with branded clothes.

The staff Dianah in Sahara Centre needs training how to approach customers. Store is empty. She was doing something so I just went look on my own.. Iam here to buy souvenir stuffs 40-50pcs for my wedding, i asked her something about the gift sets and she is sarcastic with my question like she think I will not buy.. She is completely rude.. Surprisingly, she is only assisting the arabic nationality. I changed my mind and walked away.. I don't think she deserves to get sale in her store.

This is one of the best beauty products and in a affordable price,most of the time it gives 15aed offer in a year, every festival bath and body is giving surprise to their buyers by offering lots of offers in very cheap prices. It has multiple branches in all over UAE and specifically in all Matajirs and city centers of each city and every single mall of UAE.

Very good service from Kabita

The cashier has a bad attitude!., we went there 1/24/2018 at around 7pm. Her face turned really dark when she needed to get me the change as i couldn't pay for the exact amount and when she return she handed me some banknotes and the rest were all coins 25 and 50 fils! and instead of giving me the B&B paper bag, she gave me the h&m plastic bag with sarcastic face.
