Yesterday I took as everyday my karak. But a man who works at night charge me 0,50 cts for every karak just because I asked for a cover cup . When I told him it’s normally free , He replied it’s not free because I paid them” … and He said that normally the karak is 2aed but we always paid 1aed … you just lost me and all my family and friends customers. Behaviour's please with every single customer’s

Worst customer service, very rude very disrespectful, mahmoud he always charge double the price for everything, he try to charge me 2 small papsi for 7 dhm , then he charge me 3 dhm after I got angry, remember there is cusomer rights in dubai, I prefer vera supermarket then this supermarket

Worst place ever especially if you’ll order from WhatsApp I was waiting for whole day for an order and nobody came and when I ask they say someone came and didn’t find anyone but I was standing at the door for 20 min and they’re lying here is the evidence!
