If I could, I surely would give zero stars.
1. **Fake Product and Fake Black Friday Discounts**: They had fake discounts on Black Friday. I bought a product with a 50% discount, thinking it was an original product. However, after I bought it, the product details tab stated it was a high-copy product. After searching the web, I even found lower prices on other websites, and the funny thing is that those websites didn't have offers or discounts.
2. **Bad and unhelpful shipment page and lack of customer support**: When I was buying that product, the website requested my address so they could send me the product. I provided everything in the boxes, but let's discuss where they went wrong.
There was no postal code area on the page (the most important information). There were no other boxes asking for more info. There were simply only these two boxes:
* Phone number
* Address
After a week passed, they finally sent my product to the post office, even though they knew my information was incomplete. They could have simply called me and asked a simple question, saying: "You didn't provide the postal code number." Instead, they didn't care and just gave it to the post office.
After three days, the post office saw that the postal code was missing and decided to send the product back (I think they will receive it today or tomorrow). I checked the post office website, and after that, I decided to cancel my order. This is because it had a fake discount, and I waited two weeks for it. It's also worth mentioning that the website's warehouse is in the same city that I live in.
I went to the website to submit my refund, but they didn't even provide a single phone number for customer service. I said, "Okay, I'll go to the store," but they didn't have any stores; it was just a warehouse. There was simply a chatbot on the website for customer support, and they didn't even answer that. I called the payment company that worked with them, and after 40 minutes of waiting in line and talking for 15 minutes to the kind lady from Snapp Pay, she gave me three phone numbers, and it worked!
3. **Horrible answers on the phone**:
I called them, told them the issues I had, and told them that the post office sent it back to them.
He told me it was my fault that this happened.
I told them their website should have enough boxes and clear user instructions, and that they didn't even give us a phone number. I just want my refund, that's all.
He answered, "Bro, if you want to insult me, just do it if it feeds your ego. We didn't put a phone number because people called us and always caused us trouble. As for your refund, when the product is here and received by us, and if we have enough time, we will call you and ask you what you want to do."
"And if you want a refund, we will exclude the post fees from it and pay you back."
At this point, I was so pissed and angry that I just wanted to end the conversation.
Let me tell you what the summary of his talk is:
They don't care about customer concerns.
They don't respect the customers' time (he said, "if we had time, we will call you," as if it's not their job to give us the best service and they are doing some kind of extra work just by doing their jobs).
And they don't even respect their customers (what do you mean by saying, "insult me if it feeds your ego"? It's just disappointing).
Avoid these websites if you really want to be respected in any way.
*Update*:
They got the product back from the post office four days ago, and they didn't even bother calling me for my refund.
*update 2*:
After a whole week, when they got the product back, they finally called. He was a polite man with good manners. He did everything fine, and I finally got my refund. Thanks to him.
