Business bay square is the place to do business. It is also called business hub for Dubai. As it is called businesspeople in downtown. Very easy to find basement parking but it’s chargeable 10 aed per hour and deducted from the salik account. There are so bountiful places to ate and the food is awesome.

Parking is free for the first hour and then the hour is 10 dirhams, and there is difficulty in obtaining a place

They keep allowing cars into the parking even when it’s clearly full. On top of that, they still charge you—even if you can’t find a spot. I spent 20 minutes driving around inside the building, and it was completely packed.

I recently visited as a tourist from Australia, and my experience with the parking management was very disappointing. There was no effort from the staff to manage the traffic, which was frustrating. I only spent around 20 minutes in the building, well within the one-hour free parking condition, but getting out of the parking took nearly an hour and a half due to the traffic congestion. Rather than acknowledging the time wasted due to poor traffic management, they charged me for parking, which felt completely unfair. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of support for tourists.

traffic is bad during rush hour...expect to get delayed for an hour.

Bay square has a very good location, building elevation is nice. Plenty of parking available for tenants and visitors. Size of offices are very good too. But reception area of each block and building definitely requires. It is very ordinary feel where such project should have very presentable building reception. It requires a lot of improvement with it.

Charging additional hour parking (AED10) because of few seconds is unfair I guess!

Multiple offices on site. Restaurants, prayer rooms etc are available. All day mini mart,costa coffee, indian, continental restaurants, pizza express is all at the near by places.

Nice set of Building lots of cafeteria available in each building ground floor. Including high end to low end budget persons.

Good place for rich people.. But if you are middle range you need to find a place to buy food.

Calm working environment inside and outside buildings. Parking good and specious with first hour free parking.
