Bay Square by Dubai Retail

A small square among many offices, the design and reflection pool makes it a very relaxing place to walk around , there is a variety of outlets and cafes that are all good for lunch or friends gatherings

Great wide place to spend the afternoon with wide choice of restaurants and cafe. The area is quite residential and commercial complex of many modern buildings with great architectural design, spaces between building is large with spacious parking, great area for kids to play around, or even for a pet walk, for early jogging if residing there.

I do not recommend living here. Building 11 is next to so much construction. You will not be able to sleep. 3 apartments on the 8th floor have partitions. I do not recommend living here

I come often to the bank or cafes. Very good Office Building in business Bay Area.. main attraction most of the Buiding is having green parking and it’s 1 hour free and it’s enough time to have food or to visit any offices

A great place of business and offices with a place to walk around and sit for a while after office hours or whatsoever. Lots of restaurants to dine in . It's a cozy place especially in the evening.

This is a very vibrant and busy area of Dubai.And there are many beautiful buildings here.

Business Bay consist of 12 towers, which includes residential, commercial and office towers. These are the first buildings to be completed in Business Bay and are located near its entrance. A three-storey podium connects all the towers in addition to the nearby Vision Tower, which is going to be connected by a special passage.

Great business environment with a refreshing view and buildings. Many restaurants of different classes are available and Choithram is also available. I wish there many ATMs besides the Emirates nbd one

This is another great destination developed by Dubai properties. It has many restaurants and cafes. Wonderful during good weather conditions to walk around.

Why is Bay Square always so congested with traffic? I consistently arrive at the office late and leave the parking lot late! This is unacceptable

Totally unfair I entered the parking lot and there was no spaceat all, The doorman was on his cell phone instead of warning that there was no more parking space. I was stuck in traffic for 40 minutes without being able to find a space and I lost the appointment I had scheduled and on top of that the rude people at the exit door charged me. I wasted my time and on top of that they made me pay. totally unfair because I explained to them but even so they called me a liar coz i stay there and charged me anyway. this is a big scam . be careful

The worst parking System EVER! It will take ages to find a parking and even if you surrender and wanted to leave, you are already stuck! What a shame!!! Guys stop renting offices there as I am one of those who are willing to cancel any meeting no matter how important is because of the parking!!!!

Valet is too expensive for the service and location they provide

Car parking for residents is a nightmare as the building and security management don't keep a track of who has access to the secure parking. Empower is expensive and the hot water tanks are small. The bedrooms have wooden flooring which is nice as they're not as cold as the floor tiles. Big balconies and generally quiet at the weekend as this is a business location.

It is a luxury area in Dubai business bay. Well maintained neat and clean location.There are about 12 buildings in this campus. It houses offices, coffee shops, restaurants and residential area. Being a luxury, everything costs a lot. Being a high profile area has a special vibe.

Worst resident parking ever! This week every day i have been stuck for over 2 hours. Not to mention, that the holes in parking will destroy your car and chunks of concrete will scratch the rest of it
