J'ai séjourné dans cet établissement pendant dix jours, ce qui m'a permis d'avoir une vue complète de ses qualités et de ses défis. L'expérience globale est très positive, à l'exception notable de la restauration. Points Forts : Le Service et les Chambres • Le Personnel : L'équipe est le grand atout de cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant et les réceptionnistes sont remarquables car ils parlent plusieurs langues, facilitant grandement la communication. • Le Service de Ménage : Les femmes de ménage sont formidables, assurant une propreté constante et un service attentionné. • Les Chambres : Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, offrant un espace agréable pour se reposer. Points à Améliorer : Problèmes Techniques et Restauration • Logistique d'Eau : Un point de frustration : nous avons fait face à de très nombreuses coupures d'eau et, même lorsque l'eau était disponible, elle n'était pas toujours chaude, ce qui est problématique pour un séjour de cette durée. • La Restauration (Expérience mitigée) : Ce fut malheureusement le principal point négatif. J'ai eu la malchance de séjourner en même temps qu'un grand groupe de malvoyants. Le personnel de restauration, extrêmement occupé à servir ce groupe, n'a pas pu gérer le service régulier. Conséquence : pas de buffet, pas de choix, et seulement un plat unique servi. De plus, le café et la nourriture en général n'étaient pas très bons. • Amélioration Post-Groupe : Heureusement, après le départ de ce groupe, la situation s'est améliorée : le buffet a été remis en place, et même si le plat unique était toujours présent, nous avions désormais un choix de protéine (poisson, porc ou poulet). Bilan Globalement, l'hôtel est fort appréciable, notamment grâce à la qualité de son personnel et de ses infrastructures. Si l'on fait abstraction des problèmes logistiques liés à l'eau et, surtout, de l'expérience de restauration perturbée par un événement exceptionnel, le reste du séjour fut très plaisant. Je recommande cet hôtel, en espérant que la cuisine soit plus constante et que les problèmes d'approvisionnement en eau chaude soient résolus.

Buenas ubicación, el buffet es pobre y en la cena te matan con el cambio, además de compartirla con alguna cucarachas. El bar excelente y la amabilidad del personal también. La habitación tenía olor a humedad.

Hotel péssimo! Não oriento ninguém a se hospedar! Longe de tudo que é interessante em Havana, atendimento péssimo, quartos com ar condicionado que não funciona direito! Café da manhã repetitivo! A piscina está interditada, não tem como usar. Tem uma casa de câmbio que não faz câmbio, não entendo o que ela faz no hotel! Nada de bom nesse lugar!

El hotel me encantó y el servicio, la comida, El lugar está hermosísimo porque está pegado al mar abierto te puedes bañar en el mar más en la piscina, Cuando regrese a Cuba voy a volver y se los recomiendo. Hotel Copacabana El único problema es que tienen que comprar más comida para abastecer todos los clientes pues no les alcanza I loved the hotel, the service, the food, The location is beautiful because it's right next to the open sea. You can swim in the sea or in the pool. When I return to Cuba, I'll be back and I highly recommend it. Service à la piscine très efficace et sympathique. La piscine naturelle est un vrai plus pour cet hôtel.

Es una buena opción visitar y quedarte en este hotel 🏨, tiene increíble vista al mar en varios ángulos desde la habitación, la piscina 🏊‍♂️ está super acogedora y lo mejor de todo es la piscina natural que tiene al frente, el servicio es bastante bueno, están a la disposición del cliente en todo momento. Se los recomiendo

Hospedaje con piscinas solo hasta 6pm, se pierden 2 horas de sol en verano. wifi que debe reconectarse con larga clave frecuentemente, cerraduras que fallan misteriosamente. Sin elevador al piso3. Larga caminada hasta recepción, sin importar si el huesped tiene discapacidad, poco gentil la atención en restaurante, piscina, entrada y recepción. Debe mejorar la actitud y el ánimo del personal. Destaco que fueron amables la mucama, la chica del bar y el botones. Bella vista del mar. Fácil transporte en Nave. Buena heladería próxima.

Hotel muito a baixo do esperado. Muito velho tudo em mau estado. 3 dias a comer o mesmo ao jantar. Falta de simpatia e de boa vontade da maioria dos empregados, não voltarei nem recomendado

Hotel lata swojej świetności ma już dawno za sobą, pozostały tylko mgliste wspomnienia. Z morza skorzystać się nie dało zabardzo, w basenie nawet wody nie było. Na szczęście był to hotel na objezdzie wiec do przeżycia i OK ale na dłużej nie polecam.

Bastante difícil el hospedaje en este lugar. Los tendidos de la cama (cobijas) estaban manchados. El servicio del restaurante pésimo. Si no tienes el todo incluído es bastante complejo que te atiendan bien. El personal muy déspota, por ejemplo quisimos preguntar sobre algo del bar a una empleada que pasaba a nuestro lado y su respuesta fue: yo soy de recepción y no se de nada más... En fin: No los recomiendo...

W hotelu zakwaterowano mnie w ramach wycieczki objazdowej. Oceniać go przez standardy europejskie - to byłoby nie uczciwe. Wypadłby słabo, pewnie 2 gwiazdki. Jak na standardy Kubańskie na prawdę spoko - w miarę czysto, jedzenia nie brakowało, choć na najlepsze kąski trzeba było polować. Zlokalizowany nad samym oceanem, z dostępem do basenu i basenu oceanicznego z rybami itd.

You have to understand that you are in Cuba so you should not expect new facilities, but we have flooding twice in the lobby and the facilities definitely need an update. The pool is OK and the staff is more or less. The highlight of the hotel is the food, specially lunch

Nice hotel and employers are really kind. The pool area is little bit crowded during the weekend by local peoples and they are coming by buses only to be on the pool. Rooms are really clean 5/5. Taxi to the city center and Capitol building is around 6-8(maximum) euros and needs around 15 mins. Hotel should be renovated for the price they offer.

Our stay was good , staff helpful, rooms clean . It's about a 3 1/2 star resort. Free breakfast that was good . Don't get the lunch or dinner package as those meals were not great. Lots of little family restaurants in the area at good prices with great food.

Hotel na dobrém místě, dá se zde koupit rum a další věci. Je zde i možnost koupat se v bazénu a v moři. Bohužel moře je často dost divoké a hodně tu fouká. Nedaleko dobrá pizzerie a pár obchodů, kde lze nakoupit. Jinak pokoje takový průměr, ráno se zde může člověk setkat s pár švábi. Jinak obsluha dobrá a zařídí, co je potřeba. Možnost zařídit WiFi 👌😉 funguje tak nějako na místní poměry celkem dobře...

Jak na warunki Kubańskie to naprawdę wysoki standard. Wszystko jest co potrzeba. Pamiętajcie że nie wolno nam oceniać pod względem standardów europejskich. Jedzenie sezonowe i eko i bio. Trzeba docenić otwartość obsługi. Mają bardzo dobry internet.

Ein völlig ungewohntes Hotel , was sicher irgendwann bessere Zeiten gesehen hat . Die Zimmer sind nicht wirklich sauber und in jedem Zimmer ( wir haben 6 Zimmer kennengelernt ) ist irgendetwas defekt . Der Meerwasserpool , erinnert an eine gesprengte Hafenanlage aus dem 2. Weltkrieg . Das Personal ist ,bis auf sehr wenig Ausnahmen unfreundlich. An der Bar herrscht, der Wille vor Touristen gnadenlos abzuzocken. Die Preise sind schon weit über dem Niveau und dann sind die ( preiswerteren ) Getränke nicht verfügbar und man bekommt teurere Getränke und Speisen angeboten . Dieses geschieht auch nur im besten Fall, denn oftmals wird.man gar nicht beachtet . Das Verhalten gegenüber der einheimischen Bevölkerung ist komplett anders und auch das Angebot der Dinge welche Touristen nicht bekommen, ist plötzlich verfügbar . Über die Qualität der Speisen, möchte ich mich nicht äußern. Jedoch kann ich nur Gästen ,welche gesundheitlich kein Risiko eingehen wollen auf verschimmeltes Obst zu verzichten. Dieses Hotel, nie wieder !

Questo hotel ha un Ottima accoglienza da parte del personale pronto a soddisfare "con il sorriso" ogni esigenza. Ha due piscine di cui una è nel mare, il cibo è molto buono e i Prezzi sono molto onesti. Bravi, continuate così. A presto!

Excelente bufet, con mucha variedad de comida y zumos. Con los problemas que existen en la Habana actualmente estaba muy bien abastecido. Está en el distrito de playa con la ventaja de tener el mar, y muy cerca tiene bares y restaurantes de playa con muy buen servicio. Personal muy amable y colaborador. El único problema son los taxistas pero antes hay que acordar con ellos los precios y rebajarles.

They are advertising themselves as a 3 star hotel. However, it's definitely not. Rooms are outdated, which overall would not be an issue to me, but they are very, very dirty. I think they need to hire more cleaning staff, as it does not fit the numbers of the rooms (hitel is massive and they're hiring maybe a few maids). Air con and vents are black from dirt and mould, and rooms feel extremely damp. Woodbords behind the beds were covered in dust and mold, mirrors and windows haven't been cleaned for ages- I don't think that floors were cleaned too, I walked barefoot in a room for a split second and they were all dirty after- like black dirty 😳. Bathroom looks like it has not been finished yet it looks used and dirty, lime scale is all over the place, shower head was covered in rust and scale, tap in a sink was loose, there were a huge gap in between sockets. Also, rooms don't even have one socket with 220v (just110v), so if you have any hair tool, it won't work. Whole room smells of old, damp wood. Just in the overall room looks maximum like on 1 star Hotel. Air conditioning is just working in one mode - super extra cold, moldy, and damp. The thermostat which is fitted in a wall is most likely for decoration as it doesn't work eathier. Curtains in a room are ripped and dusty as well as everything else in a room. Some old spider webs on a wall... Food is OK, but all-inclusive does not include any drinks during evening dinner, which is laughable. Staff were very friendly but the hotel seriously has some problem with cleaning- there are not enough people for numbers of rooms. Air con in a lobby is also super super cold. Whole hotel has a funky smell. Also when we arrived there was no towels in a room, there were some rubbish left in a draw by previous guest. For the whole stay until last day we had to use some tiny towels which were not changed into a new ones (in a course of 5 days) which also had some stains on, on final day we received big towels. Plus is a free WiFi (you have to log in on a website every few hours but I don't think hotel has a lot to do with the process as Cuba only recently have an opportunity to access WiFi). Pool and pool area are not very pretty eathier, looks neglected and actually depressing 😂 which I presume you do not want to feel like on holiday! Corridors are spooky, unfortunately due to the rooms being so dark, damp and smell funky, we had to have window open during the day which let a lot of insects (tiny flies which bites like mosquitos). One girl from our group had a cocrach in a room, there were bugs all over canteen floor. We had a room which was right outside staff or kitchen area so we could hear shouting and loud conversations all the time. Also windows were pointed right to another part of the hotel so we had a lovely view on other people's rooms... Also, windows don't close properly. Tv cable had very poor signal. In overall room was a mess. I was very very happy to check out from there, when I first saw the room I tought I'm was gonna cry 😂
