This clinic is a complete disgrace to the medical profession. Appointments are meaningless, reservations are ignored, and patients are treated as if they are invisible. You can arrive on time and still be forgotten because no one here knows—or cares—who is next. The employees are the worst part. They do not answer, do not explain, and do not do their jobs. Instead, they act arrogant, show off, and behave as if patients are beneath them. The lack of basic manners, communication, and professionalism is shocking. There is zero organization, zero accountability, and zero respect for patients’ time or dignity. This place feels more like a chaotic waiting room run by careless people than a medical clinic. If you value your time, self-respect, or health, stay far away. This clinic does not deserve patients.

I did Botox and lip filler with Dr. Sarmad and I did not like it. As for Botox, the wrinkles came back after one month. As for the filler it was not as what I wanted . I spent more than 500$ for nothing. I would not recommend this center.

I really recommend to visit the center, I get some offers for the injections part by Dr. Hala it was an amazing results and I will come regularly.
