Extremely comfortable place to stay, specially if you are looking for a peaceful location away from city hustle. The staff is polite, professional and at the same time very accommodating to the requests. In-house restaurant / breakfast buffet would have been cherry on the cake, as the restaurant at ground floor runs independently. Overall, would love to come back!

الفندق بسيط و جميل للغايه .. الغرف واسعه جدا لم اتوقع هذا الحجم بكل صراحه ! موقع الفندق مثالي للغايه قريب من البحر و المطاعم و كل شي The hotel is simple and very beautiful. The rooms are extremely spacious—I honestly didn’t expect them to be this big! The location is perfect, very close to the beach, restaurants, and everything.

Al meerdere keren in BWBJ gelogeerd. Tevreden over de ligging, personeel heel vriendelijk (Chanthel niet te vergeten). We komen graag terug, maar raden het hotel aan de geluidisolatie van de kamers met balkondeuren te verbeteren.

Located in the tranquil neighborhood of Jumeirah Beach, Beach Walk Boutique 21-room hotel serves as an oasis for anyone looking to relax away from the city's usual hustle. While the property boasts an incredible location, it is worth noting that the interior follows a very traditional, old-style aesthetic. The decor is quite basic and the furnishings are reaching a point where they could certainly use a renewal to bring them up to modern standards. However, what the building might lack in contemporary style, the team more than makes up for in hospitality. The staff here, especially Mohan, is truly amazing—always super available, incredibly friendly, and dedicated to making sure every guest feels well looked after.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone,

(2025.11월 3박 숙박) 부르즈 알 아랍 뷰 해변 🏖️과 매우 근접한 숙소여서 숙박하기로 결정함- 장점: 해변과 가까운 위치. 일몰 🌅 감상 가능. 혼자 사용하기에 충분히 넓고 깔끔한 객실. 작은 리조트 같은 느낌의 인테리어. 테라스 있음. 비치타월 대여 가능-이용은 안함. 친절한 직원들. 단점: 샴푸 & 헤어 컨디셔너가 별로임. 도로에 위치해서 약간의 소음이 있지만 크게 불편한 정도는 아니었음. 호텔 안에 작은 카페에서 조식 유료. 55디르함-이것도 딱히 불편하지는 않았음. 한번 이용했는데 맛있었음.

This hotel provided an outstanding experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The bathroom was luxurious, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh options. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, making it a perfect choice for travelers.

The team was very helpful. Everyone was very kind, supportive and ready to assist. Prasad was my first point of contact. He was so quick and so efficient. We had a great time in this very good place.

The best I have ever seen! They axcomodated my family while I was flying from a diferent location earlier than normal without any charge. The personnel is very polite and reselectful. Rooms clean as if they were treated by your mom. The cleaning personnel very flexible and responsive. Almost first line - some 2-3 minutes from the beach. Beach towels and umbrellas always available. Decent sized rooms which are clean and have all your necessities. There isn't any view from the hotel, which is slightly disappointing given that it's location is great for the beach. They did offer beach towels, but you have to walk through a public road to the beach, which is only 2 mins walk away so it's excellent located if the hotel is reasonably priced. There isn't much of a lobby area, just a couple of seats. The service was good from the staff and they were friendly which was appreciated. It did have a restaurant on site, which is independent to the hotel, but you can get breakfast for 45 AED.

Terrible, the following morning I found bugs in the bed. The hotel staff moved us to another room; however, the experience was unpleasant. We had three rooms, and the whole family was quite tense while sleeping because of this.

Such a lovely hotel, short walk to the beach and several restaurants. Very friendly team who offer excellent service. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Osoblje je jako ljubazno,uvek na usluyzi za sve. Svi su jako usluzni,sobe su ciste i pristojne. Divna Chanthel devojka koja radi na recepciji je za svaku pohvalu,uvek nasmejana,raspolozena i uvek tu za bilo sta ako vam treba. Sve preporuke za hotel ☺️

Location is magic , within Jumeirah and close to the beach. Hotel team are very efficient and supportive. A shout out to Ruhan , always available and quick turnaround time when needed. A must try!

I would like to leave a review: the hotel is simply wonderful — clean, cozy, with polite and attentive staff. The room had everything I needed: a toothbrush, shampoo, razor, towels for hands, face, and body, as well as soft bathrobes. And most importantly, you can enjoy a relaxing bath and truly unwind. The air conditioning works perfectly, making the room very comfortable. Thank you so much for the excellent service! I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to everyone.

Уютный отель в 100 м от пляжа. В номерах чистота, интересный интерьер. Хорошо продуманы бытовые моменты - чайник, кофемашина, питьевая вода, халат, тапочки, множество гигиенических принадлежностей, шампунь и мыло без ограничений. Очень приятный и вежливый персонал. Для пляжа дают полотенца и зонт. Помимо кафе в отеле, рядом есть Макдоналдс, кафе низкокалорийной еды и др. В отеле тихо и спокойно, нет шума. Очень приятное место для комфортного отдыха.

Excellent location and service. This is a great value for money in Dubai. The beach, Umm suqeim park and Marsa Al Arab are just a short walk away. I appreciated the professionalism of all the staff, and the proximity to cafes/restaurants.
