Loved my nails today with my girls Mila & Quyn 💅✨ They always do an amazing job! And my hair with Sujata was perfect as always, so happy with everything highly recommend!!

I have been a loyal customer of Bedashing since its inception, and it was once one of the best nail salons in Abu Dhabi. Unfortunately, the level of service at this branch has significantly declined and has become extremely disappointing. On more than five occasions, I specifically booked hair services with a particular technician (Lycil) at a confirmed time, only to arrive on time — and often even early — and still be left waiting for over 30 minutes. What is even more frustrating is seeing the same technician begin servicing another client instead of honoring my confirmed appointment. This reflects a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and poor appointment management. What makes this worse is that raising these concerns with branch management (Julie and Fatima) has resulted in no meaningful action or improvement. I am also extremely concerned about the integrity of the hair treatments being provided. After receiving a BB Crème treatment, sulfate-containing shampoo was used despite this treatment specifically requiring sulfate-free products to maintain results. This caused the treatment to wear off prematurely. When I raised this issue last year, the branch redid the treatment free of charge — which only confirmed that the mistake should never have happened in the first place. To be clear, the same technician is the one who used sulfate shampoo on my hair again, leaving no room to dismiss this as an innocent oversight. That said, I would like to acknowledge Retchel, Lalin, and Milarose, who consistently provide excellent nail service and demonstrate professionalism that reflects the standards Bedashing was once known for. It is disappointing to see such a reputable brand fall short at this branch. I strongly urge higher management to step in, investigate these recurring issues, and restore the quality, professionalism, and customer care that loyal clients have come to expect from Bedashing.

I had a wonderful experience at Bedashing Beauty Lounge – Ministries Complex. I did my manicure and pedicure with Pamela and Sarila, and I absolutely loved the service. They were both very professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. They took their time to make sure everything was clean, neat, and perfectly done. Amazing service, beautiful and kind ladies. If you wanna get spoiled just go to them. I did massage and nails with Pamella and Lalina, i had do much fun with them and they did such a great job. I love this place and I will always go to them.💕

Honestly, I had a great experience with Laila 
She did my roots, toner, and blow-dry, and everything turned out amazing. The color was even and natural, and the blow-dry looked smooth and polished. Super professional and detail-oriented. Definitely not my last time 💕

30 years living in UAE and trying all beauty centers This us the first time Im stepping out of the saloon feeling very happy, satisfied and beautiful. I did hair style with the amazing Moroccan lady her name is Leila😍 If you want to feel like princess you need to go and try her magical hands❤️

I will continue giving this branch a good review for their Nail artists like Sarela and jenelyn. However, the hair color service is premium charge for below average performance. They used to have capable manpower, but not anymore. I tried coloring my roots twice (Dark brown, nothing fancy). Both of the time, I spend around three hours with half of my neck and forehead being heavily color coded.

I had such an amazing experience today! Hanna did my manicure and pedicure, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle, patient, and paid attention to every detail. My nails came out so clean, neat, and perfectly shaped exactly how I wanted. She made me feel comfortable the whole time and never rushed anything. Hanna truly gives 5-star service. I will definitely come back to her again!🩷

I’ve been coming here for years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust my nails with anyone else. Sarila and Jenelya are absolutely amazing—professional, talented, and always so consistent. They pay attention to every detail and always make sure my nails turn out perfect. The quality and care keep me coming back every time. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Bedashing Salon – Ministries Complex. I came in for a mani-pedi and face threading, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Lalin, who did my manicure and pedicure, was amazing very gentle, detailed, and made sure everything looked perfect. Sarila handled my face threading, and she was equally professional, precise, and made the whole process comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the salon itself is clean, organized, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed and really happy with the results. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a professional team! ✨

Today I had my nails done with the beautiful technician Sarila. She listened to what I wanted and understood exactly what I felt. I am so happy with my nails. She really did a great job. Sarila is also very lovely so it was a great time with her. I recommend her a lot! ❤️

I’ve been going to Laila always, and every visit is an absolute pleasure! She’s incredibly talented, attentive, and always takes the time to understand exactly what I want. My hair has never looked or felt better, the shine, the cut, and the styling are always perfect. As always it’s perfect.. my favourite saloon for doing French nails or even any other services. But always what I prefer here is French nails . 10/10 from the staff till the services.
