What a vibe at this back alley cafe. Easy to find at Joo Chiat Place. Laid back and chill, perfect for people around the area. The staff were friendly. The seating area is surrounded by greenery, which makes it a nice spot for a quick drink. I had their matcha latte. You can’t go wrong with it.

The peanut butter coffee is amazing! Nice atmosphere in a small backyard/alley. Far of the main road. Hidden gem! Very nice owner :-)

We came here on a Sunday afternoon. Tried the hot white vietnamese coffee and the iced white coffee. Both were excellent 👍🏻. The owner chatted to us he was very friendly and welcoming. He told us there's some seating space upstairs with AC since most of seating spaces on the ground floor were outdoors and can be quite hot.

genuinely impress at their curation. their coffee beans and matcha powder was of the finest quality u could get. it was so smooth and palatable. when they roast their beans the smell was really amazing and potent. you also have the option to get their beans and they’re able to grind it for you. their staff and laoban were also very friendly and engaging. overall great place great coffee pit stop 👍💯 ah price point was reasonable too!

Consistently great coffee every visit. The iced black Vietnamese drip and peanut butter coffee are now our regulars. Two cozy counter seats inside and a few chill outdoor spots make this the perfect back-lane hideout for slow, happy sips.

The peanut butter coffee is enjoyable, and a few of their signature coffees stand out. The female cashier was friendly and welcoming, which was a nice touch. However, the overall environment is quite a letdown considering the prices charged. During the afternoon, shelter seating is very limited, making it uncomfortable while waiting for orders. Especially when all the outdoor seating is taken, standing under the scorching hot sun is crazy. The ordering area itself feels cramped and chaotic, with two seats occupied inside at times, customers standing around, and crew members constantly moving in and out. Not very pleasant. The cashier was nice to advise that there was indoor seating next door second floor but you still have to stand outside to collect your drinks before moving to the indoor seating.

We had Peanut Butter Iced Latte ($6.5) and Honey Egg Espresso ($5.5). Both drinks were amazing and unique in its own way. While Peanut Butter Iced Latte was creamy and nutty, strong in peanut butter, Honey Egg Espresso was really strong in coffee quality blending delightfully with sweet honey egg cream on top. . The only thing that we did not like was the space was not that spacious to stay there and enjoying our coffee.

Lovely staff and beautiful location, the peanut butter coffee is one of the best coffees I have ever had, best coffee in Joo Chiat! Definetely worth a visit wherever you may be staying in Singapore.

Very cute coffee shop hidden in an alleyway. Friendly barista, good coffee. Peanut butter latte was great, no added sugar or syrups. Only two chairs in the aircon, the rest of the sitting is outside. If you are a tourist, have cash on you.

Charming little coffee spot tucked behind a barbershop in a Joo Chiat alley, easy to miss, but worth finding. Tiny, minimalist setup with just a couple of outdoor seats under a tree adds to the vibe. The iced peanut butter coffee with oat milk was creamy, smooth, and perfectly balanced. The salted coffee was salty not quite like Vietnam’s, but still tasty with a savoury touch. Great coffee, friendly crew, and chill vibes. Perfect for a quick caffeine fix with a twist if you’re in the area.

It’s a quaint coffee shop. Their signature coffee the peanut butter coffee is interesting! I enjoyed their bakwa bread the most. The bread texture was really good! 👍

Tried their coffee as recommended by a friend and ordered the peanut butter coffee. The peanut butter flavour was quite prominent; I was hoping for a slightly stronger coffee taste. That said, the staff were very helpful and kind in serving us. Thank you.

Love the chill environment, which almost gave the camp site vibe. Vietnamese coffees are stong. No bathroom.

Quite literally a hole in the wall coffee spot, located in the back alley off the main road - not one that people would know unless they know, though they still do garner quite a bit of a crowd. We did find them on Google Maps though, and saw their high rating and decided to come by and give it a shot. 🪑 there wasn’t any tables to go around when we reached, though people eventually left and moved around after we ordered and we managed to get ourselves a table. 🍃 it was a very unique experience for sure, to have coffee in the alley under a tree. ☕ the hot white was decent, i liked that i can smell and taste the fragrance of the coffee beans. 🧊 the iced salted coffee was exactly as it sounded, i first felt the cold in each sip, before the salt and coffee eventually took over in sequence - definitely a special coffee, though not one that i love, it’s still good though. A good spot to come by for coffee nonetheless, though it might be tricky when it’s raining.

vibes are immaculate 10/10 got the peanut butter coffee! it’s a bit strong for someone who doesn’t drink much coffee but i enjoyed it anyway they close early at 2pm but you can continue sitting outside for as long as you’d like. there’s some cigarette smell every now and then but it’s a back alley so a bit unavoidable… but it’s really nice still when the sky is cloudy & it’s not too hot!!

super cute little shop that’s tucked away from the main busy streets of joo chiat! thankfully it wasn’t too difficult to find with the help of google maps and a cute sign! overall, i think this place is better known for their special coffees than matcha 🍵 peanut butter coffee (8/10⭐️; $5.50) — i’m not a coffee person, but i actually liked this drink! the peanut butter was prominent, but it didn’t overpower the coffee ☕️ i drank as many sips as i could handle before i felt heart palpitations coming in and had to stop 😂 (my bro really liked this and gave it a 9/10!!) matcha latte (6.5/10⭐️; $5.50) — drinkable, but a pretty diluted matcha flavour. the staff did say that they’d use condensed milk (i’m under the impression that they usually use regular milk, but ran out and had to substitute with condensed), so maybe that’s what caused this issue.

Cute little cafe along Joo Chiat place. It is located at the back alley behind the barber shop. Nice coffee and small food menu.

Highly recommend the ice white. Great coffee and great atmosphere and space. However, do not recommend the food as I find the price is not right for quantity and quality.
