The brand got famous about 3 years ago with loads of decent new designs especially of unstitched winter wear at affordable prices. But over the next couple of years it became stagnant with very few new designs coming up and the prices increased. Definitely the impact can be seen.

A very good brand as my wife always recommends when ever she had a chance to visit giga mall she specifically visit it. No doubt they have good varieties for ladies and children prices are also very reasonable.

This store never disappoints when shopping for my little one's shopping. It's for almost three years that for Eid shopping, we visit a few clothing outlets like JJ. and Minnie Minors but fail in finding clothes we want, then we get the clothes finally from here. Today, when we reached here after visiting many other stores where we could not find good clothes in our humble budget, i was happy to see 20% off on all stock. We chose two shirts; at the cash counter we were told that 20% is off only on one of the shirts while the other is on full price. Upon inquiring as why everywhere it"s written inside and outside of the store that 20% is off on all stock, no satisfying or rational reason was given. The administration of the store is requested to show professionalism and avoid making false claims as this is cheating.

When trying on clothes was told by this rude staff saying I’ve already tried on 4 and the rules are to try on 2. Firstly, when trying the 4 items I had, the assistant told me I cannot take them all with me and have to come out every time to give one back and take one. This was very uncomfortable as I had to keep getting changed and put on my hijab. I went in the shop to carry out an exchange so needed another item to make up for the price so had to find another outfit to purchase. I went and found another 2 kameez to try on and when I come out the changing rooms, this assistant told me I cannot try on clothes as these are the rules ? If this was the rule why did she not tell me sooner when I tried on the 4 items that I cannot try on more than 2. If this shop only allows 2 items to be tried on then why can we not get a refund for items we don’t like since I cannot try on more. Because the reason I came in this shop was to exchange an item as I cannot get a refund. I always try on my clothes before purchasing because sizes always differ. Anyways she went ahead and said I have tried on 4 and why do I need to try 2 more on. She was acting more like a manager than a shop assistant. Didn’t realise it’s illegal to try clothes and not like it? Lastly, having to shop with someone on my head is disturbing, if I needed help I would ask. There is no need to follow someone around the shop. I don’t need someone reading out the price for me, I’ve got eyes for that.

One of the worst outlets you can ever find. The staff is extremely rude and have no manners whatsoever. In every other cloths outlets, they change the articles. These guys dont do that so when u buy something, u are stuck with it. The staff on the floor is VERY good but the one on the counter are HIGHLY ill mannered. Yesterday they sold a perfume to me saying its for men. I tried a tester even but in so many fragrances, ur nose ditches u. When i went home and used it, it was hundred percent for women. When i googled it, a woman was advertising it in all their online forums. When i went back to them and asked them, they said its Unisex, an ABSOLUTE LIE. Avoid this branch as much as you can. Also launching an official complaint against them

Ordered 3 articles online from sale on 27th July 2024. These articles were delivered from Giga mall branch. All of 3 articles sent are wrong. They are just giving the online credit while same articles are available online. I am still confused they added all wrong articles

Three weeks back I bought 3 piece lawn printed suit. Worn it twice and the cloth fabric has torn already!

Now this is one brand I admire! The print.. the colors.. the designs.. and don't make me get started on the sale.. they are ome brand that actually have a good stock available at sale..

The shop needs proper ventilation. This is the only shop in Giga Mall which always smells like sweat. The workers need to be more attentive towards the customers.

Staff is amazing in dealing. Especially Noman he is doing a great job.

The staff can deal with more patience and attention to their customers. The variety and designs are more.
