Tried this place for the very first time and it turned out to be an amazing experience! Ordered through Zomato and went for the Chocobite Overload Dark Waffle with vanilla ice cream & fudge. It was absolutely delicious – rich, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The combination was simply heavenly, and every bite felt indulgent and satisfying. The packing was neat and secure, ensuring the waffle reached perfectly. Visited this place after reading some good reviews, but my first impression wasn’t great. The shop was small and filled with smoke, with a strong burnt waffle smell. The air-conditioner was on, but it wasn’t cooling at all, and there didn’t seem to be any exhaust to clear the smoke. It got so suffocating that I had to step out several times just to catch my breath. While the interiors looked nice with bright lights and fun artwork, the smoky atmosphere completely ruined the vibe. the waffles were amazing! They tasted great, with plenty of flavors to choose from. If they can fix the ventilation and make the space more comfortable, it could become a much better spot to enjoy their delicious waffles.

We ordered a kiki and oreo and butterscotch waffwich through zomato. But the order we received was two triple chocolate waffwich. We called up the store and they said they cannot give the original order and said they won't repeat the mistake again. Such things could be carefully monitored especially when online orders are carried. For a brand like belgian waffles these things should be taken into priority.

Very disappointing experience at Belgium Waffle. The person at the billing counter has a very bad attitude — the way he behaved was absolutely pathetic and unprofessional. The service overall was extremely poor, and on top of that, the waffle I received was salty and tasted really bad. Totally not worth the money or time. Would never recommend this place unless they seriously improve their staff behavior and food quality.

First time trying waffles and loved it. We went on July 19 which is world waffle day. All the varities were available at 100/-. For that price it was a good purchase. We ordered one triple chocolate,classic Belgian,chocolate overloaded, blueberry. I won't recomend the blueberry one . And all other were good. Good place to eat on July 19. But would be a bit crowded due to the offer. We had to wait for an hour .

A cozy, small store. The seating and themes go well. One person manages everything, does everything brilliantly. Good selection and add-ons for your choice of waffles. Fast service, good value for money. At the time I visited, there were no beverages available (the place didnt have any water to work with; was looking forward to a cold coffee or an ice tea, that would have been nice). 100% vegetarian. Good packaging. Customize your waffle or mini pancakes. Go all out, or as they come.

The next best waffle place in Trivandrum. Before Paul's Creamery was the only monopoly. Now they have their competition. They’ve got several flavours- dark chocolate, milk chocolate, red-velvet, butter scotch, etc etc. The batter is all prepared. All that they have to do is pour the batter into one of their 4 circular waffle irons and heat it for 5 mins, then shape it, spread the cream in the center, fold it into a sandwich pizza-slice form, dust it with a pinch of sugar dust, and hand it to us in a small upside-down birthday-hat-shaped paper hold. It’s a delight to watch them at work. The waffles are crispy on the outside, soft and flavoursome on the inside and the custom cream applied to each type of waffle is just an added refinement to the whole. We ordered the- 1. Belgium dark chocolate waffle- very chocolaty 2. Red velvet waffles- with cream cheese and white chocolate filling Both were lip smacking. Each waffle costs from Rs 100 to 180. The décor of the place is also warmly gorgeous. Definitely a must-visit

The best waffles i have hand in my whole life. The lotus biscoff waffles is to die for. It's my favourite of all. Also had triple chocolate one, red velvet one,Nutella one and chocolate overload one. It's so damm addictive that you will want to have it literally every single day.

Best thing of this outlet of Belgian waffle is that they have mini pancakes too. Service is fast and the staff is courteous and warm in their behaviour.

Very disappointing experience. Waited over 30 minutes with no proper response from the staff. When we asked to cancel due to delay, they refused a refund and behaved rudely. Machine issues were not informed in advance. Poor customer service.
