We had an absolutely delightful experience! The Belgian waffle was hands-down one of the best we’ve ever had—crispy on the outside, perfectly fluffy inside, and served just right. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Large Chocolate Brownie Sundae—it was indulgent, rich, and beautifully presented. A special shout-out to Neelima, who made our visit even more memorable. Her kindness, attention to detail, and warm demeanor brought a big smile to our son's face—something that means the world to us as parents. It's rare to find someone who genuinely enjoys creating a great customer experience, and Neelima clearly does just that. Thank you for making our day sweeter—both literally and figuratively!

I ordered a Belgian waffle - was truly amazing. Made fresh in front of me. The staff members are also very cooperative and helpful. Highly recommended.

Only 2 staffs are there. I have to wait about 30 mins to get a kitkat shake despite of giving the order 1st among all the people present there. Food was good but the service was very poor.

Please teach staff to talk nicely with customer and told them to not act oversmart with customers. Not at all good service. Waffle is good but behaviour of staff is not.

Waffles are good in taste. I met Akash and Sahib, they have very good nature. It was nice talking to them while having my waffle

The service at Belgium Waffle was exceptional! The staff Akash and Khushboo were welcoming and attentive, making sure my order was prepared exactly as I wanted. They were quick to serve, and despite the crowd, everything was well-organized. I also appreciated how they explained the menu options and recommended popular combinations. The hygiene and cleanliness of the place were impressive, and the overall vibe was warm and inviting. Truly a delightful experience—great service with even better waffles!

Yesterday Morning I was at belgian waffle vasundhara and had a great experience there, amazing food and excellent service. Specially Staff Girl was very cooperative and good behaviour Glad and enjoyed the lotus biscof waffle..

They are not picking up calls i called them at least 5 times regarding my order. I live less than 1 km near the store and still it is taking 1 hour

The behaviour of the staff is so unprofessional. i ordered almond Nutella waffle two staff was there and no one is interested to make our order. no customer was there. one of them were busy on the call and order taking man asking the another guy to make it. and he said ek waffle bannane mein kitna time Lagega tu bana and another one saying baat bad mein kar lio waffle bana phle. is this is the write way of conversation in the front of the customer. i cancelled my order and returned. this is should be in your knowledge that this is so upsetting.

Staff is so rude and lazy .....not paying attention to customer

Anil and Alam were very hospitable and promt in the service. Highly recommend to go after 7pm to get best service.

The waffles were extremely tasty including other beverages. They prepared it hygienical and the service was amazing. Akash was a amazing staff.

My experience was incredible , The quality of the food is amazing here also the services provided by Karan , Rahman and Anil sir are great , they are extremely sweet and kind .
