I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet. 1.The staff is not knowledgeable at all about the rewards or offers running. When asked, they seemed clueless and gave no proper guidance. 2.The air conditioning was literally throwing hot air, making it extremely uncomfortable inside. Even after informing the staff, they simply ignored the issue and continued chit-chatting amongst themselves. 3.The staff displayed no empathy whatsoever. They neither acknowledged the inconvenience nor tried to resolve it. 4.When I scanned the offer barcode, the homepage itself clearly showed “Enjoy free waffle sundae – the treat on us.” But later, the staff bluntly said this was just to attract customers and refused to honor it. This is misleading and unacceptable. Overall, the experience was frustrating, with poor customer service and false promotions. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both staff training and customer handling.

Extremely unhygienic place with arrogant staff. Their kitchen area is just next to the washroom and staff is so lethargic that they aren’t even bothered to keep the washroom closed while making and serving the waffles.

Over all Belgium waffle as a brand is obviously good but the staff currently at this location does not have knowledge about their products or offers. Even though the system shows we are eligible for offer still they deny and doesn’t really know how there own offers work. Moral - They were polite but lack knowledge.

Visited Belgian Waffle last night and tried the Belgium milk chocolate and butterscotch crunch waffles. Both were exceptional! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—these are hands down the best waffles I've ever had. If you love waffles, this place is a must-visit!

Tried the 2 layered death by chocolate cake and it was too yummy and satisfying. The staff is also very co-operative and service too was very fast...!!! The Belgian waffle company never fails to satisfies the demands of its customers!!!!

The outlet is super beautiful . The way they have put up menu is so creative. The waffles size is amazing bigger than most of the waffles I had before . The day n night waffle was super amazing the chocolate added was apt. The blue berry cheese waffle was again amazing completely loaded with blueberry. The guy who servers u here is super sweet sorry I forgot your name😅. This one is highly recommended for all waffle lovers❤️

Belgian waffle is basically a desserts shop with waffles and pancakes based on chocolate. The also provide shakes. Unlike any other outlet of belgian waffle you won't be disappointed with the dessert's. The area is very small can accommodate five people at max. Also we went at an offer day where all waffle and pancakes were at Rs.100/- The dishes we ordered were: 1)Triple chocolate overload As the name suggests there are three types of chocolate in this which turns out to be super sweet and delicious . 2)Chocolate Overload (Selected dark chocolate) As i love dark chocolate i ordered the same and got as i expected. A waffle with hot dark chocolate across it . My ratings: Food 4/5 Staff Behaviour 4/5 Ambience 3/5 Worth the buck 4/5

Ambiance was not so good There are no sitting area or waiting area But Staff was good Slow service , Good taste of waffles here Also shakes and pancake available . Recommend to visit at evening times because it has low rush . Should visit with friends and family.

After office hours me & my friend went to borivali for some personal work. We both had craving to eat anything sweet, then we saw this outlet & ordered: white chocolate Oreo and Night Rs. 140 & day waffle 🥠with banana toppings Rs. 170. Along with this Strawblueberry shake Rs.185. Worthful as per money spend!! I must say that staff & helper haven't left any stone unturned in making such lovely, delicious & yummy Waffles & shakes. Outlet manager inform us that this restaurant has multiple outlets in India as well as outside india with name Xo waffles.

BELGIAN WAFFLE Kudos to the person who once said, "Waffles are just pancakes with abs" I cannot describe the mesmerising taste of waffles served by them. The ambiance is awesome with the smell of fresh waffle in the atmosphere. Various flavours are available with different taste. Waffles start from Rs 130 and so on.... A total value for money. In the picture : Belgian Chocolate Dark Waffle and Red Velvet Waffle. A must try!

Ordered Waffles at home. I had ordered two flavours - KitKat and naked Nutella. Kitkat is extremely sweet. Rather i liked the naked Nutella flavour which is sweet but not too sweet that you cannot have more than two bites. It appears to be bit pricy for such a small single waffles. I would suggest to lower pricing. Otherwise taste is good.

It's a good place But one of this lady served us burnt pancakes she refused to change the whole mini pancake she just changed 2 of them which felt was burnt where as I and my friend felt all of them were burnt. Anyways I appreciate Belgian waffle a lot but some people just can't keep up the politeness.

The employees at this branch are very incompetent. One employee at making the waffles and one at billing. Both were struggling at the billing stage and had issues with other order as well- in store customers, zomato etc.

Visited this outlet today with my friend to have a waffle we ordered Dark. Chocolate waffle which was filled with vanilla ice cream (extra charges ) this waffle i really like it if you are eating this waffle you must get the vanilla ice cream and the another waffle was day and night waffle which was also amazing and last at beverage we ordered an nutella beverage which was so much drooling really love it the nuttella was way to awesome .The price is also here reasonable ,The place is comfy and peaceful and they have maintained hygiene also .They have three outlets first in borivali second in kandivali and third in khar.

I'm not a huge fan of waffles but I loved Belgian waffle. I tried the Kiki and Cream, Dark Belgian Chocolate Waffle and a Belgian Chocolate Shake. Loved all three. The waffles and shake were perfectly sweet..not too much. The waffles were crisp on the outside. The batter used was fresh, it's made with better quality ingredients too. Definitely going back for more.

Had earlier rated them 4 stars when we visited this place first time 3 years ago, but yesterday our experience was different and annoying. We ordered online their waffles and icecream with different flavours where the expected delivery time showed 34 mins which after several calls did come but after 55 mins that too with broken waffles with a question of how to place an icecream inside and have the fun? and the worst thing without any carry bag or container packing. Imagine 3 packs of waffles and 2 icecream cups delivered at the gate that to be brought by us at home from the society gate. Totally disappointing even after paying big money. So this time I rated them 2 stars for totally unprofessional service and packaging too.

One of the oldest waffle serving place i know. I love there waffles. They are so mouth watering and satisfying. I recommend eating them visiting the place and avoid ordering it at home. Because after it gets to normal temperature it is not as fun as it is when it is freshly made. They have varieties of toppings. And shakes too. There outlets are small but i love there waffles and it is not time taking at all.

I would have given 5 stars to the brand but the taste has been changed from the start I used to love the taste of waffle when it was first started in my location but now the taste and service has been changed.

Delicious waffles and worth the try. Price range is also affordable. Varieties in food . Flavours and aroma which no can resist. Honestly worth the try ✌️
