I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet. 1.The staff is not knowledgeable at all about the rewards or offers running. When asked, they seemed clueless and gave no proper guidance. 2.The air conditioning was literally throwing hot air, making it extremely uncomfortable inside. Even after informing the staff, they simply ignored the issue and continued chit-chatting amongst themselves. 3.The staff displayed no empathy whatsoever. They neither acknowledged the inconvenience nor tried to resolve it. 4.When I scanned the offer barcode, the homepage itself clearly showed “Enjoy free waffle sundae – the treat on us.” But later, the staff bluntly said this was just to attract customers and refused to honor it. This is misleading and unacceptable. Overall, the experience was frustrating, with poor customer service and false promotions. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both staff training and customer handling.
