The Belgian Waffle outlet at IP Mall, Sigra is a lovely place to satisfy sweet cravings. The outlet is neat, well-maintained, and perfect for a quick dessert stop while shopping or hanging out in the mall. We tried the Red Velvet Waffle, and it was served hot and fresh, which made the experience even better. The waffle was soft and fluffy from inside with a light crisp on the outside. The rich red velvet flavor was perfectly balanced—not too sweet—and had a mild cocoa taste. It was generously topped with smooth, creamy white chocolate sauce, which melted beautifully over the warm waffle and added a rich, indulgent touch. Each bite felt fresh and comforting, making it a perfect dessert option or evening snack. Overall, the taste, freshness, and presentation were really impressive. A must-visit place in IP Mall for waffle lovers and anyone looking for a delicious, freshly made dessert. Definitely coming back to try more flavors!

The two guys working there have an utter rubbish attitude. No willingness to explain the offers and talking to customers in a manner that doesn’t invite people to order from The Belgian Waffle Co. continuously on their phone unsure of doing what with their time but can definitely say it’s not good customer service.

Go if you want to ruin your money, time and mental peace.Take 10 mins to place an order and another 40 to deliver it. I did not get the order or a refund. Perfect family outing ruined.

Worst experience ever. The service is very late. I've been standing here for the past 30mins yet I haven't received my order. The workers are surprisingly very biased towards men and have been neglecting our order.
