Yesterday, I visited this shop. The boys who worked there responded politely to my questions. The shop has really a pleasant, soothing ambience. New Year le so 10% offer ..... I ordered : Banoffee Sundae and Red velvet Waffle. I loved their Waffle the most , it was crispy also soft where else the cream wasn't so sweet which actually balanced the flavor of the Waffle's sweetness level. I've also tried naked Nutella in VR Mall annaa nagar , definitely must try 🤍🤍🤍

Does not deserve even 1 star! I have had waffle (everytime Kit Kat) here 4 times before but today it was horrible. The waffle was not cooked properly at all and when I confessed this after having the first bite the staff was extremely rude to me and embarrassed me in front of everybody since I requested for a replacement. I didn't even shout. I was being extremely calm since mistakes do happen. But he threw my waffle in dustbin with such anger. I was standing there and looking when the replacement was being made and saw the whole preparation of my order and of others. I observed he didn't use much of the ingredients at all. It was so dry and no chocolate inside. Worst experience ever. Will never have waffle again at this place. Worst staffs ever. Both the guys acted in the most inappropriate way. They were extremely rude. Worst behavior ever.

A small kiosk serves good variety of waffle. Not that great parking space available. This order was delivered by Zomato. That is why pack and food was displayed in mess. Package material was good and catchy Placing/ portioning was not handled well with professionalism. Personally I prefer crunchy waffle this pack was delivered as per my taste. Taste is good. It was mentioned assorted mini choco waffle. It was supposed to 4 different waffle one flavour got repeated.

During my visit, my order was for a Butterscotch Crunch Waffle and Belgian Chocolate shake. I really liked the waffles. They were soft and crunchy. But what made me curious was, the waffles had a chocolate filling, and the butterscotch flavor was missing. A couple of days later, I happened to see a post from BWC on Instagram for a Butterscotch Crunch and got reminded that my order looked nothing like it. The Belgian chocolate shake was nothing but plain chocolate milkshake. It lacked the rich chocolaty flavor a Belgian chocolate would. Their service was fast. The pricing on their menu is moderate. I hope my experience in the future is better than this one!

Best place for waffles lovers ♥️ Triple chocolate,Naked Nutella, chocolate overloaded are the best and most tastiest waffles ever..The prices are reasonable.. Pancakes and shakes are also available along with waffles

My regular here is anything with triple chocolate either waffle or pan cake. Not a big fan but am a fan of this Belgian waffle because i have tried in other shops too but the cream that is tasting here is very rich and good compared to all other shops… Reasonable price i guess

Belgium Waffle is my favourite. I tried the “Triple Choco Melt Waffle “ recently and it was really good. After that, we ordered the “Belgium Choco Melt milkshake,” but it wasn’t that great. It felt like it was just pure chocolate — there didn’t seem to be any milk added to it. It didn’t really feel like a proper milkshake, just a thick chocolate drink. So, I don’t think shakes are a good option there. Also, there were around 5 workers at the place, but none of them seemed to be working. They were just chatting among themselves, and their attitude was disappointing.” I don’t recommend this outlet..

One of the worst waffles we have ever had 😡. We have ordered 2 red velvet waffle and we waited for more than 25 minutes and after that the waffle came one is very small and another one is also the same 😡 and asked to change it but they are very lathargicly answering to us. And the waffle was very hard and small and it's very smoky so don't buy in this shop they are just spoiling the franchise 😡💯Its totally waste of money 😡💯

Tried this hyped-waffle for the first time. To be honest, it tasted so good😍 Got addicted to it. The shop is designed cute and has hardly seating capability

If the price was 10% cheaper, I'd give it 5 stars.

Worst service ever they make us irritated by making us wait for more than 2 hrs without the crowd

There are 5 people working inside but they take more than 20 minutes to make one waffle. Would not recommend.

Visited for the first time and really liked it! The waffles were really good ... soft and crunchy... service was also good.... i would really recommend this place ... have not been to other outlets of Belgian waffles so i cant compare but this place is a great place to grab a quick bite.... the waffles are absolutely worth the amount ... however the wasn't sufficient place to sit...

I orders 2 triple chocolate and 1 chocolate overload from Belgium waffle Co at 9.30pm from swiggy. It was the worst ever experience. The waffle was burnt and taste bitter. I don’t know how could they be careless when they charge so much money. And Swiggy is not taking any action on it.

One of the very few best tasting waffles in Chennai. New outlet. So many yummy waffles to select from. Personal favourite Belgian dark chocolate waffle, so yummy n can get your hands messy with loads of dark chocolate. Best place for waffle indulgence.

As we asked, they given crispy waffle and the Quality and taste is Good. Service is Excellent. Must try Spot for waffle lovers.
