I had such a great experience at Benihana at Amwaj Rotana! The atmosphere is lively and fun, especially if you sit at the teppanyaki table where the chefs turn cooking into a full show. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — from the sushi to the steak and seafood. The portions are generous and everything is beautifully presented. The staff were attentive and welcoming, making the whole evening feel special. They have a sushi buffet with all types of sushi and grilled seafood skewers to die for. Also you have to try the matcha rice pudding and the matcha ice cream 🍵 It’s the perfect spot for a fun dinner with friends or a celebration at JBR! 🍣 🔥

It was a great experience. We booked in advance and the experience was totally worth it. However, when it comes to food, we had higher expectations. Lobster and Scallops were overcooked and chewy. Beef was great but there was a mix up with food orders as we were two groups at one table. Overall, great way to spend your evening.

The Unlimited Sushi Night turned out to be a perfect choice. 🍣The sushi was delicious and truly unlimited. The service was excellent, fast, friendly, and very helpful. The place has a fantastic atmosphere with a great Dubai vibe. Its location near Dubai Marina adds charm, and the view of the wheel is a real highlight. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great sushi in a great spot.

Amazing restaurant, honestly! We had such a great time. The food was absolutely delicious and the chef was outstanding — very talented and entertaining. Mark was our private Chef He was funny and charming, very entertaining. Unique and fun experience, much different to a regular serious dinner. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something different. Great food, mocktails were particularly good (strawberry mojito especially)

The food was excellent — fresh, refined sushi, beautifully crafted drinks, and a delicious ice cream to finish. Every detail felt well considered. The ambiance is cozy yet sophisticated, making it an ideal place for a relaxed but elevated dining experience. Highly recommended, and I would definitely return.

Great Teppanyaki restaurant located in the heart of JBR. From the time you enter you notice it’s an OG Japanese live station cooking. The food is freshly cooked and very flavourful. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The Chef is very knowledgeable, funny, friendly & adapting. Will definitely recommend for couples & families.

It was my first ever experience trying Teppanyaki and benihana made it unforgettable 🥰❤️ The food was so delicious and most importantly the chef was so funny 😂 and kept us entertained throughout the entire journey ✨. I had Teppanyaki experience in this restaurant. It was amazing, the whole show. Food was delicious, I had shrimps and fish. Waiters were friendly and responsive

Sushi night was amazing!! Benihana never disappoints! The atmosphere was lively and so much fun, but the real star was our chef, absolutely amazing! He put on a fantastic live-fire show, kept us laughing, and cooked everything perfectly right in front of us. The chicken was tender and flavorful, the vegetables and fried rice were delicious, and watching the flames and knife tricks made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommend, incredible food and an even more incredible chef :-) salmon was also delicious :-)

Such a fun dinner experience. The cooking in front of us was such a spectacle, and the food was as delicious as it looked. We also appreciated our waiter Jagath who was so patient with us.

Overall, it’s more of a full experience than just a meal. Perfect for a special night out, especially if you want great food, live cooking entertainment, and a beautiful view all in one place.

Perfectly cooked steak, fresh seafood, and insanely good fried rice. It’s not just dinner, it’s a whole vibe. Perfect for a fun night out. The food is extra delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had the sushi buffet menu. All the sushi was freshly prepared and very delicious. When I got tired of eating sushi, I had some tasty beef tenderloin slices — they were soft as butter. We’ll definitely come again.

We had a great experience at Benihana! The teppanyaki chef was extremely friendly and made the whole evening very entertaining. The teppanyaki show with fire was amazing — especially for the kids, they were absolutely mesmerized by the fire tricks and show. The meat was very fresh and cooked perfectly, exactly as requested. Everything came out hot, flavorful, and well-timed. Highly recommended for families with kids if you’re looking for both great food and a fun experience. We’ll definitely be back!
