I normally enjoy my time at Benihanas but today was an exception - I was sat and given a menu with no one coming to take drinks or orders till I called them. I ordered appetizers and they didn’t come for a while - my chef came to cook my order before they came. My problem with this is me and my husband were only customers in the restaurant. They’re concern was the to go orders. Food tasted good but for a service strong restaurant this was lacking.

The Tuna Tataki was perfectly prepared 👌🏼 Oder arrived quickly and well packaged Not a fan of the Salmon Avocado Salad because of the dressing, even though the ingredients were fresh and the portion was good.

great selection of yummy and mouthwatering Sushi rolls. They’re bustling every Saturdays and Mondays. Recommended to come early if you want to enjoy the 50% off offer on their sushi as there is quite a queue most of the time. Service is plainly simple,food is good with very competitive price.

Top notch ambience and delicious Japanese cuisine. We usually devour the sushi platter almost all the time! The chef who prepared our Hibachi dinner set presented us with Amazing theatrical presentation, one where the food as heartbeats!!

I would like to give a big shout out to Vinoth ! He's an outstanding Waitstaff, always looking out for us and helping whenever necessary. And always has a smile on his face. He gives the best service. The food has always been consistent in taste and presentation 👏🏼👌🏼

مطعم Benihana له فرعان في منطقة صباح السالم وفي الأفنيوز. يعتبر من المطاعم الآسوية الشهيرة والمتخصص في تقديم الأطباق اليابانية. أول مرة أجرب مطعم ياباني. جربنا عنده وجبة العشاء داخل المطعم وطلبنا حسب ما هو موضح في الصور والفيديوهات. المطعم نظيف والخدمة ممتازة. الأسعار مرتفعة. يستحق التجربة.

This was such a nice experience. We didn't have to fight the crowds at the Avenues or try to remenber where we parked the car 😂. There's plenty of parking, easy to find, staff is friendly and the food was tasty. We will be going back. We came back and it was just as good. Most definitely a great date night destination!

Our experience at Benihana was disappointing. The restaurant had a bad smell, reminiscent of a chicken coop. Kamal, our server, needs to improve his table attending skills. He didn't maintain good eye contact with us, even when we indicated we were ready to order. His communication and social interaction skills need improvement. Kamal served our food but did not check on us regularly or clean the table once we finished each dish. The sequence of the served food was off. The sushi platter was served first, instead of the soup and salad. Additionally, the soup was not served at all, yet it was added to our bill, and we had to point this out to the staff. The pina colada was missing its garnish so I had to ask for the pineapple slice, and the salmon cubes in the salmon avocado salad tasted very fishy. There were also no lap napkins provided, and the yakisoba was very greasy. Overall, the service and food quality at Benihana did not meet our expectations.

We were a party of 8 people, at lunch time, in Sabah Al Salem restaurant. Service was good but slow and unattentive, that's why I gave 4 stars. Food was very nice but I saw that many sushi plates had too much cream and mayo fillings, that's my other 4 stars. Place was relaxing and relatively clean, could of been better. Ladies washroom needed service, toilet paper and general cleaning up. Had some sushi leftovers to go but when I arrived home, there was NO wasabi, soy sauce nor ginger, why??! BIG dissapointment. Please do better.

The sushi here is the best 👌 I kove their platters 🥰🥰 however the staff weren't that friendly, food was late. But I wasn't in a hurry so I was not bothered. They have 50% discount on sushi every Saturday 😋 must try the dynamite shrimps 🍤 😋

Nice ambience and the environment is cozy, staff are friendly. Food is quite delicious. Best Japanese restaurant of Kuwait. I love the place, it has good parking place and the place is not super crowded so a best place to go during this time of pandemic. They also have provision to cook food at table which is a plus

Quiet place, ideal with friends n families. Good food, sushi's can be better, teppenyaki was ok.

The food was mediocre. We ordered two drinks and two sides. We had some chicken and meat balls plus some gyoza dumplings. Its not bad, but i wouldnt get the dumplings again. But im thinking this was maybe an experience best done as a group or a grilling activity. Also the wallpaper was hurting my eyes so face away from the patterns when youre there. Overall it was an okay experience 👌🏼

I am a regular at Benihana.. Love the food. The ribeye steak is cooked perfectly. We take the tampura shrimp roll with soy paper. The rock shrimp tampura and fried calamari. Their complement soup is tasty as well. Friendly staff. Fair prices for Habachi restaurants.

Great service, food and the friendliest chef named Jomar. He was very funny and made the yummiest dishes! Better than other branch in Kuwait.
