False price tags. I purchased an Item with the price tag indicating it's 209 dhs then when I checked it out at the register they took 300 dhs from me, when I confronted them, they claimed it's an error in the system.

products are great and there’s a large range. it’s just the staff and customer service that is poor and needs to be improved. i’ve been to this branch multiple times and it’s always the same. no smile or welcoming environment, cashier made me feel as though i’m not a human because i forgot to take my receipt and instead of calling after me politely he rolled his eyes at me after shouting “hello?!”. i always greet the staff but always get a nasty look or eye roll back. very unfriendly staff, hope this changes. very uncomfortable otherwise

I ordered shoes online delivery Method was pickup from Al zahia mall store. When I open my parcel in front of BERSHKA representative I got surprised that shoes were faulty, some weird color was on shoes. I asked sales person to replace this shoes he said some customer wear to check the fitting that what this color reflect, it’s normal. When I compare my shoes from other size shoes which were on store display than he got convinced yes shoes are faulty ) I said why should I accept this damage shoes . Sales person said than you have to visit Dubai mall branch to replace. I requested to arrange my shoes exchange in Al zahia mall branch 1st immediately he refused when I resist than he said we will call you tomorrow than you can come to replace. No one called & Since morning I am trying to call no one cares to pick my call. Extremely disappointed. Will not consider BERSHKA next time.

Vidited Bershka today in zahia branch. My experience was so bad from this one brown lady staff who's worst in customer service. I'm asking something her way of approaching customer were very rude and not accommodating, she never greet and never smile seems like she doesn't want to help and assist customer! Is this the kind of environment they have here in this branch?? Management should've give them training how to do the proper customer service with a friendly and professional manner. Very disappointing.
