THE BEST BUSINESS CENTRE LLC

This is by far the worst business center I have experienced. We were tenants from June 2024 until May 31, 2026, and our experience throughout this period was extremely disappointing. Here are the main issues we faced: Outstanding Payments: We provided services through them, but our payments were repeatedly delayed. Even after leaving the business center, we are still waiting to receive our outstanding payments. Security Deposit Not Returned: Our security deposit has not been refunded. Despite numerous emails, phone calls, and personal visits, we have received no proper response. Very Poor Internet: The internet connection was unreliable and frequently disrupted our daily business operations. Poor Management Support: Once the rent was paid, it became almost impossible to get any support from the management. Requests and complaints were often ignored. Ejari Issue: We were issued an Ejari, but during our tenancy it was cancelled without any clear explanation. We repeatedly asked for clarification, but never received a proper response. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience for our business. Unclear Charges: We experienced deductions and charges that were never clearly explained, and many other tenants we spoke with shared similar concerns. I personally visited Mr. Abrar several times and contacted the administration repeatedly, but none of our major issues were resolved. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this business center. I would strongly advise anyone looking for office space to carefully review all terms and conditions before signing an agreement and to consider other business centers that provide transparent management, reliable support, and professional customer service.
