Don’t buy from them, they sell Faulty products then refuse to exchange them and give you hard time with the customer service to stop calling them again - Horrible after sale service

Very bad experience I paid 8 month whole payment and finished the contract They did not give me any discount Even it has mentioned in everywhere that will entitled to get discount when you do early settlements When I ask the officer about it he said read the below part that terms and conditions apply Really disappointing and never suggest any one to buy the things from here as they are not up to professionalism

خدمة البيع جيدة ولاكن قسم الصيانه تعيسة لي ابعد الحدود سخان البرادة الماي خربان قطع غيار ٣شهور و لازم البرادة عندكم ليش شلون اشرب ماي يعني .واذا ابي أرجع البرادة لازم ادفع ١٥ أجور الفحص ولمن تتوفر القطع ادفع ١٥ دينار مره ثانيه للفحص. وللعلم وزارة التجارة اي قطعه من الوكيل تاخذ اكثر من ٦٠ يوم العميل له الاختيار استرجاع السلعة و استرجاع المبلغ بالكامل.

I had a very bad experience with online shopping at best Al YOUSIFI… first thing I make order based on the delivery date was showing on the website (in or before end of October 27)but unfortunately next day when I contacted the customer service to ask about the delivery timing they informed me that the delivery should be within 48 hours and my delivery will be next day and next day when I called to check they responded that my item is larger appliance which is will be delivered day after and when I said that I made my order based on the delivery date shows on website and it’s better if they will cancel my order and confirm back so I can buy my item from any local showroom as I need the item the answer was the online team working from Sunday to Thursday and I have to wait for the next day to cancel the order 😦🤔😔

My skyworth TV’s remote stopped working. The technician took my remote , tried to repair. However, a replacement remote had to be bought. The entire transaction happened smoothly in 25 mins. Thank you best Yousifi.

I bought microsd card online after using it for while it had the same problems of my previous card , i have been told by customer service to go to ardiya center to tell them the story i went their then they said i have to go to online purchases building and also they work on sunday not saturday then he told me to wait for 5 minutes which i waited much longer to just him coming back and telling me the same sentence then i decided to not go to the other department cause i know they will tell me they dont fix microsd cards , I ADVISE EVERYONE NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THEM THEY DONT RESPECT CUSTOMERS

اسوء خدمه في العالم!!!!!!!!!. شريت منهم شوايه في تاريخ ٣٠ دسمبر ٢٠٢٣ ، و حتى اليوم لم يتم التوصيل ، اتصلت بخدمة العملاء شغلهم الوحيد الضحك على العملاء يقولون راح نتواصل و يطنشون العملاء !!!!، و احترام العملاء مفقود جدا . باختصار ، شركه كبيره لكن الخدمه تعيسه الى ابعد حد ، حتى اول يوم دخلت معرض الدائري الرابع شفت واحد يتحلطم عليهم و متنرفز وايد حزتها ما فهمت الموضوع لكني الحين فهمت . اول مره و آخر مره اتعامل معاهم .

Worst aftersales servies of kuwait Washing machine had issue so the technician came,check and replied they will bring the spare part within 2 days. Now almost 7 days no replied from them and worst my wasjing machine is not working .

Worst place to buy anything, I purchased three things online and they sent link took my money and then they delivered two of them. They take the money and dont care about the customer

Ordered a product and because of lockdown they told they can not deliver to my address. I send my friend who has a pass to get the product and he was there for 45 minutes telling him to go to different departments. And he left without the product. Very poor customer service. They dont even pick up their phone . Never buying from them again.

Very bad experience in purchasing from best. Service is very bad. I brought a headset from them, if we open it and it is not working ,we have to go to their work shop, then there we have to wait for long time . The staff behaviour in the service centre is very bad.

المكان فيه إلكترونيات بس التعامل من الموظفين غير جيد

المكان حلو و اسعارهم معقوله بس للاسف اليوم كان بازار اليوسفي للعروض و كان الوضع جدا زحمه و غير منظم من قبل موظفين و ادارة المكان تشتري جهاز تتفاجأة شخص ثاني شراه الطريقه مو حلوه يكتبون فاتوره باليد و علي ما تروح تدفع يبلغونك انباعت لشخص ثاني اتمني يهتمون لهالناحيه و ينظمون طريقه البيع لبازار اليوسفي و يحطون نظام ينصف الكستمر و لايضيع حق احد و انا اقترح تكون ثلاثة فواتير فاتوره بيد الموظف اللي يسجل الجهاز و فاتورة تتلزق علي البضاعه و فاتوره بيد المشتري بحيث الكل يعرف انه البضاعه انباعت و لا احد ثاني يرجع يسجلها باسم شخص غير
