I have been shopping and grooming at the same place since I owned a dog here in kuwait for the last year. This time I decided to shop and groom my miniature pincher at a new spot since I heard there are a lot in town now. I called Pet house and asked if they got grooming right now and they did, so I drove me and dog there and the shop looked amazing from outside as from the inside too! The best thing about this shop was how clean it was! Hygiene and pets are 2 things that don’t really go together here in kuwait! But pet house was different! It was spotless and clean! The staff is also amazing here! As you can see from the photos and videos I published! I enjoyed my time here and my dog did too! The prices are over the sky as usual here in kuwait! And I haven’t seen a difference from Petzone to here! This will soon change I hope!

Spanning across 2 floors, Pet House features a wide range of pet food and accessories. They also have a big pet grooming section that doesn’t require pre-booked appointments.

Very friendly staff and good servicebut limted items to choose from.

Its really very good pet store in Kuwait. I have never seen a service like this in grooming there staff is really very good and understand and helpful. They have a store & they have all item which i couldn't find for my dog & cat anywhere i find it here in pethouse. They have a service for pick-up & drop for grooming also. I LOVE IT

Extremely unhappy with the grooming I got for my cat! 22KD for home grooming and to get my cat back with half her whiskers cut off!! Add to that, the groomer doesn't seem to have a manager to answer to, and the shop manager is not calling back - 6 days and counting!!! Strongly recommend avoiding them if you care about your pet's well-being!!

The best pet store in Kuwait . The staff are friendly and helpful, the grooming is great and they have good selection of pets items. They have an online store also 👍🏼 احسن محل حيوانات بالكويت. من ناحية تسبيح الحيوانات وقص شعرهم والبضاعة عندهم عجيبه واسعارهم حلوه. وعندهم موقع تقدرون تطلبون منه ويوصل لي عندكم 👍🏼

I bring here my cat for grooming from last 1 year and they are giving really best service. Staff is very helpful ☺️

i wanted a house call grooming for my cat. i called them, they informed me to make an appointment online. so i did that and i received an email confirming the date and time. unfortunately they never showed or called. i had to chase them and they kept referring me to the other guy !?! until they said no i had to call to make an appointment and not online. i just gave up and will never use their services !!

Okay this place is good looking, organized BUT it’s was not good experience for me I drove almost 40 minutes fromAl- Ahmadi district to the shop to have some staff to my birds as they mentioned they have for birds and pets I tried to call but no one answered, after the long journey the bad traffic in that area. They said nothing for birds for long time the stop bring anything for birds. So if you have pets ( dogs and cats ) go BUT birds they stopped provide anything related to birds

Love the grooming service. My cat came out looking great. Good food and pet products at resonable prices. Service is very friendly too.

They need to open pet adoption center. Some people who are new to pets don’t want to spend 1000KD on new dogs when there are so many stray dogs around. Excellent facilities. I like their stores.

I bring here for grooming my dogs from last 2 years, its really best service they provided and good staff they have.

Really small but cute pet shop. Has a nice variety of products, although they are limited to only a few brands per animal. Not too expensive, but sometimes has awesome discounts.

The worst place for mobile grooming I made a appointment they told me on the 11th of may they never called I called them they said we have 20 appointments today so why you made me make a appointment if ur unorganized no customer service at all I will never use them again unprofessional and if there was a was to put zero stars I would've u guys suck so sad

I've tried other places but this one is outstanding. It was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I ended up trying it. They are very professional and more importantly caring!!
