بصراحة Beverly Hills Medical Center من أحسن العيادات اللي تعاملت معاها، المكان مرتب وراقي والتعامل جدًا يفتح النفس. والدكتور Yamen ما شاء الله عليه شاطر جدًا وفاهم شغله، يشرح بهدوء ويهتم بالمريض ويخليك مرتاح من أول دقيقة، والنتيجة طلعت أحلى من اللي كنت متوقعتها. وبعد مساعدته ولاء تستاهل كل المدح، ذوق ومحترمة ومتعاونة بشكل كبير، ترد بسرعة وتهتم بكل التفاصيل وتعاملها جدًا راقي. بصراحة تجربة تخلّي الواحد يرد لهم مرة ثانية وهو مطمن 🤍

أود أن أعبّر عن استيائي الشديد من تجربتي معكم فيما يخص إجراء شفط اللغلوغ، والتي للأسف لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع إطلاقًا. من إسوء التجارب اللي مريت فيها صراحة ، كنت أبحث عن عيادة موثوقة وذات سمعة جيدة، ولذلك اخترتكم على هذا الأساس. تم إبلاغي قبل الإجراء بتفاصيل ونتائج متوقعة أعطتني ثقة واطمئنان، لكن ما حدث بعد ذلك كان عكس تمامًا ما تم وعدي به. بعد إجراء العملية، لاحظت أن النتيجة لم تكن مرضية، بل ظهرت مشاكل لم يتم توضيح احتمالية حدوثها بشكل كافٍ قبل الإجراء. إضافة إلى ذلك اني مضايجة واكلم الموظفة ولا حد يرد علي للأسف الشديد ……

كانت تجربتي مع العيادة تجربة مميزة ومتكاملة من البداية وحتى نهاية رحلتي العلاجية، حيث لمستُ مستوى عالياً من الاحترافية والتنظيم، إلى جانب الاهتمام الكبير براحة المريض ومتابعته بكل دقة. أتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير للدكتورة ميريام على خبرتها وكفاءتها وحرصها الدائم على تقديم أفضل النتائج، فقد كانت واضحة في شرح كل خطوة، ومهتمة بأدق التفاصيل، مما منحني شعوراً كبيراً بالثقة والاطمئنان. كما أشكر المساعدة مريانا على دعمها المستمر ولطفها في التعامل، وحرصها على راحتي ومتابعتي، حيث كان لوجودها دور مهم في جعل التجربة أكثر سهولة وراحة كل الشكر والتقدير لكما على هذا الجهد والاهتمام الصادق، تجربة مميزة أعتز بها، وأنصح بها بكل ثقه

استشرنا الطبيب الذي أخبرنا بضرورة إجراء زراعة أسنان فورية لوجود خراجات قد تتدهور. أوضحنا له أننا نخضع لإجراء طبي آخر في نفس الوقت، وأننا سنوافق على الزراعة فقط إذا كانت ضرورية حتما. أصرّ على أن الحالة تستدعي التدخل الفوري. لكننا طلبنا استشارة ثانية من مركز آخر، فتبين لنا أن الوضع مختلف تماماً: لا توجد حاجة ملحة للزراعة الفورية، ولا أثر لأي خراجات. تحويل الطب إلى تجارة بحتة، حيث يتعامل مع المرضى كمصادر دخل بدلاً من الاهتمام بحاجاتهم. غياب الشفافية والصدق في التشخيص، والضغط على المريض لإجراء عمليات غير ضرورية، يعكس غياباً كاملاً للأخلاقيات الطبية.

I came to you on the recommendation of two friends who had previously undergone plastic surgery with you, and I was thoroughly impressed by their fantastic results. From our very first consultation, I felt an immediate sense of trust and professionalism from you, which was incredibly reassuring. You performed a breast lift and implants for me, and also corrected an issue with an ugly scar from a previous tummy tuck surgery I had undergone two years ago at a renowned other clinic. The doctors are highly knowledgeable, take the time to explain everything clearly, and treat patients with respect and empathy. The hospital offers a wide range of specialized medical services, all delivered with high standards of care and advanced facilities. I do not recommend Bella Roma Hospital and Beverly Hills hospital based on my personal experience. I traveled from Saudi Arabia to Dubai for liposuction with fat transfer (BBL) with Dr Dawood. I paid 40,000 AED + tax and was told that a “Kim Kardashian technique” and skin tightening would be included. I also provided reference photos and clearly explained the result I was hoping to achieve. Unfortunately, the outcome did not meet my expectations. Immediately after surgery, my stomach still appeared large and the skin was noticeably sagging. I was advised that this was normal and would improve over time. I followed all post-operative instructions carefully, including diet recommendations. However, even after six months, there was little improvement. My abdominal area remained larger than expected, and the fat transfer result was minimal. I later returned to Dubai for a follow-up, but the original doctor was not available. Another doctor examined me and suggested that I would need a second surgery, offering it at an additional cost (with a discount) 30000 aed. During this consultation, I was also informed that there was no clear record in my file of a skin tightening procedure being performed, although this had been discussed with me before the surgery. This was very concerning and confusing. In addition, I experienced some health issues after the procedure and had to spend additional time and money on medical treatment. Because I am still not satisfied with the result, I am now considering a second corrective procedure elsewhere. For comparison, I know people who had similar procedures done in Egypt several years ago at a much lower cost, and they are still happy with their results. Overall, my experience was disappointing and stressful, both physically and financially. Photos are attached from immediately after the surgery, as well as from six months and one year later, so others can see the results and form their own opinion.

تعامل راقي واحترافية عالية من دكتور حامد. سويت عنده عملية تومي تاك والنتيجة فوق توقعاتي 👌 الشغل جداً متقن واهتمامه بالتفاصيل واضح، وشرح لي كل شي قبل العملية وخلالها. حتى بعد العملية كان متابع معي باستمرار، مهتم بحالتي ويعطيني نصايح مهمة للتعافي، وهذا الشي فرق معي كثير وخلاني مطمئنة. أنصح فيه وبقوة لكل وحدة تفكر في عمليات التجميل، لأنه فعلاً يعرف شغله ويهتم براحة المريضة

I had an excellent experience with Dr. May at Beverly Hills Clinic. She is a highly professional, honest, and caring doctor who prioritizes patient wellbeing over profit. Her surgical technique is excellent, with very precise stitching and minimal visible scarring. Her assistant, Isra, was consistently responsive and supportive throughout the entire process and follow-ups, always available to answer questions and provide reassurance. I highly recommend Dr. May and her team for their professionalism, skill, and genuine care.

Ramya is one of the best in her field she is customer oriented in terms of welcoming you all the time with a smile from her whole spirit and she knows what she is doing. People at the People at the reception are so welcoming and friendly as well.

I was scared of doing any cosmetic treatment until I met Dr. Maha Ezz El-Din. She truly listens, explains everything, and makes you feel safe. I did filler and a skin booster, and the result My skin looks brighter, smoother, and more refreshed very natural, like glowing skincare not done work. I highly recommend her❤️❤️

I visited this specialty hospital with a friend after booking our appointment well in advance. Despite arriving exactly on time, we were kept waiting for 2 full hours. As someone close to patient care, this experience was beyond disappointing it was honestly hard to believe. There was no clear explanation for the delay. We were moved from one room to another with no updates or transparency. The only response we received was that “the doctor is in the middle of a consultation”, 2 hours with no communication or proper management is unacceptable in a place that claims to specialize in care. What made it even worse is that after a long wait, we realized no one was coming to call us. When we stepped out to check, we were shocked to see that most of the staff were packing up and getting ready to leave. It felt like we had been completely forgotten. This was our first impression, and unfortunately, it left us feeling overlooked and disrespected. Respecting patients’ time is a basic part of patient centered care.

Thank you to Dr. Yaman for his professionalism and excellent care during the procedure. Special thanks to Mr. Ali, the clinic manager, for his support and kindness. Truly appreciated.
