Experience was not at all good. Staff gave a cold behaviour & their body language was not at all welcoming for a general customer. Once they will get to know that you are checking doing some comparison of their products & there are chances that you might not end up taking their product, they start showing hesitation to show their products. Dear owner, if your shop has a name then most probably you earned it from your heirs because of their hardwork & humbleness towards customers. Just a flag for you guys.

It is a place where professionalism is kept at the last and unprofessionalism is at its peak. I am warning everyone with a 100% genuinity to avoid this place and rather go for Raymonds or a different tailor. The standards and quality of this store has gone to the dogs and the only thing that they are interested in is troubling their customers and wearing clothes that don't fit. They couldn't even deliver on their commitment of a simple courier of stitched clothes that was already paid for. They kept me waiting for full two months without even a basic courtesy of calling and updating about the courier. And when I finally was in town and went to their store they were completely unapologetic in nature and rude as well. So for all my sake they can keep their stinking and unprofessional clothes to themselves and can go to hell with it.

Their fabric selection is absolutely unmatched! They stock all the elite brands like Loro Piana, Scabal, Huddersfield, Zegna, Dormeuil, and Reda. If you're looking for top-tier quality and an incredible variety of the world's best materials, this is the place to go. Highly recommend

Nice and cool behaviour helped me to get my Indo-westen, suit, shirts and Gurkha Trouser stitched from Bhasin &. sons, Hazratganj. Their expertise and my mother almost selected the colour. Also the Fabric quality especially the Italian ones was excellent and vibrant. Thanks & Greatful .

I went to this shop in Nov2023 to get a Tuxedo stitched for a wedding function happening on 1Feb2024. The staff was polite and helped me select a nice piece of cloth and helped with the measurements. The total bill was more than Rs 16,000. I was supposed to visit twice, once for conforming the size and again for the final delivery. The whole process was not supposed to take more than 1 month. I went for the first appointment and they noted some alterations. For the second visit (for picking up the finished suit) I sent someone else on my behalf as the measurements were already final on the first visit. To my surprise the suit did not fit me well. The coat was tight around the shoulder and chest and the pants were tight around the thighs. I went back to them and they agreed to modify it and gave me a date to pick it up. Sometime later I called them to confirm if the suit was ready but I did not get any reply from their side. Nevertheless I went on the agreed date, but the suit was not ready. I was given a date 1 week ahead. On my forth visit I finally got the suit. The suit was of a passable quality at best. I could have easily gotten the same service and quality at any other tailoring shop. I was quite disappointed. I live about 120 km from Lucknow and making four trips to just get a Tuxedo was too much for me. The quality of the stitch is average at best, the clothes that they sell can be bought at any shop throughout India, and the service (response on phone) was quite poor. So, in conclusion, I would never want to visit them again. It was a waste of my time, money and energy.

Been to the store, love the ambience. Staffs were really polite. Mr. Adnan is a true gentleman. Fabric & stitching is one of the best. Would love to visit again and will definitely refer to my family and friends.

Fitting and collection of clothes are good. Fitting of suits and kurta-Pajama are also good. Perfect tailoring by Jahid Master ji and Shankar Master ji and Good presentation of clothes by Dinu who was very humble and professional.

Cheating is being done in Bhasin they are charging more amount of each and every product and they are taking the money in advance and later on they are saying that money has not been paid to us in bill they are leaving one or two articles of which they have already taken the money and when u go back on the day when u have to take ur clothes they are saying that for some particular product u have not paid the money. This has happened with me today they are cheating with there customers fraud is being done from there side done go to this shop for purchasing ur clothes .
