I recently visited the New BMC Office at the ICOMC Tower in Unit‑IX, Bhubaneswar for property tax and trade licence inquiries. The office is modern, well‑organized, and centrally located, making it fairly accessible from most parts of the city. What I liked: The staff were generally helpful and guided me through the process efficiently. The office handles a wide range of civic services in one place — property tax, trade licence, water tank bookings, birth/death certificates, etc. Digital portals are integrated with in-person services, which speeds up many routine tasks. Things to keep in mind: Parking can be limited, and traffic around Janpath can be heavy during peak hours. Some services require patience due to queues, so visiting early in the day is advisable. Overall, the New BMC Office is a convenient, modern facility for handling municipal matters in Bhubaneswar. With a bit of planning for parking and timing, the experience is smooth and efficient.

Please do something abt Sastri Nagar lane 2. Pavement is used by the slums. They throw garbage here and there ,rather giving to garbage collector. Dogs fed on road and those.dogs creating menanace, Entering the lane 2 is so difficult .

It's really painful that there is no less than one Star, this blady organisation only moto collection illegal fines and harassment to public, only because BMC still influence under BJD.

New BMC building is almost good, wheelchair accessiblity and wheelchair parking is available at here, building design in marvelous .

Patia Jagannath temple has bull 🐂 issue. Please catch them and lock them.

Doesn't respond the the problem being caused to the public. No response via call and no action is being taken for the problem. No used to have the email and website of bmc

Newly built-from-scratch Headquarters of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC). After its completion, the whole of BMC would start operations from here. Its such a GRAND STRUCTURE with a prime location.

Office is well maintained. Cool and comfortable office environment for the staff.

Marvellous architecture!! Nicely developed with new technologies and new architecture and is well maintained by the staff!

You can say it's a Golden zero. Beautiful interior ,neat & clean but no facility to respond you ,yes they are talented to pass On Duty from 1 person to another!! Take proper Glucose as you have to do Run desk from 1 floor to other!! Working hours employees are frequently using Mobiles for personal chatting & time pass. On every employees desk there must be land line connection & during service hour personal mobiles must be locked inside the numbering boxes...So that they can serve the society & Needy people in better way!! Only 6 hours occasionly they r Working so they must do it in dedicated way also Help-desk must maintain 3C... Proper Coordination, Cooperation & Communication..Hope Odisha will develop in better way &maintain honesty 🙏

Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation is known as BMC. The office of BMC manages the day to day affairs of entire Bhubaneswar town. A Mayor leads BMC during his/her term. Officially the BMC commissioner is the adminstrative head of BMC.

One of the best building is making its way in the heart of the town .The new operational building of the BMC which will have many other amenities and offices apart from the BMC office is most awaited. Will be attractive places after it gets completed and many more constructions nearby coming up ..

Good internal layout. Very comfortable for staff and visitors, a departure from the claustophobic Office at Kalpana Sq..... However a Division-wise Floor-wise layout detail needs to be affixed immediately at the Entrance for convenience of Visitors....

Bad service... No response.... No cleaning in rasulgarh & palasuni canal area... No mosquito repellent use... No service for dogs bite protection.... No drainage cleaning.... I can't see from 2020 to now
