Worst place. Visited for marriage registration and there was not a single soul inside the office till 10.30am. Upon enquiry found that clerk has to travel 100 kms everyday. How is that our fault? Unbelievable. Only one person was available who was the peon and he opened the office on time. No one here responds when asked about official timing. This is outrageous. Their employees like VVIPs park their bikes right Infront of the water coolers and inside the sitting area. Some vintage bikes too. This is just outrageous. It’s sad the government is ignoring such serious matters.

We must be sincere to keep our temple city clean to become no1 in all respect.Thanks to our Mayor madam commissioner Rana sir all officers and staff of BMC.

Hello BMC i am writing against IIA which is organing Street Festival in janpath 16th Nov 2025. 16th nov night around 1 AM me and my wife going to hospital for an emergency but in street carnival people's miss behaved with us,they drank and shouted and used bad language. Really it's very bad experienced in Pathautsva.

Near to GGP colony Bhubaneswar one bmc office is there and near by maximum people are telling this office is used to close 99% of time , infact it opened only 2 times since it inaugurated. After changing the government also the services are worsed than before , if in main city and so called upcoming metro city Bhubaneswar this things are happening then we can’t think about rural areas . Shame on Bhubaneswar so called mayors and bmc officials.

Not worth Officials are not good listeners with no emotions and honesty. Very hard for Non Odia people to survive in Bhubaneswar.

Should introduce more dustbins and water filters keeping in mind the scorching heat. A waiting area for the people should be provided.

Pathetic response by hygeine department. They are turning the cleanest city into the dirty city. Animal control too doesn't respond well

Very unprofessional behavior by customer care agent. BMC should allot most necessary department 24/7 along with customer care. I raised a complaint and called them after 1 day to get the status of my complaint which was affecting locality very badly. Complaint was related to removal/dispose of dead animal(cow) inside the complex. Nobody from BMC came to pick it up even after following up with them multiple times. We all nearby fellow got sick for few days due to this incident.

Not functioning here anymore. The office has been shifted to new building in Unit-9,Satyanagar area where Deloitte has the office. Now,the tahasil office is working here as the new tahasil office building is currently under construction.

Here services are zero & very political. They are exploiting people by Judging their standards, full on Corruption place. Our CM sir Shri Naveen Pattanayak 🙏is putting & setting lots of efforts but due to certain Government workers they are insulting entire Odisha & harassing too..

My mother had called the 1929 helpline number seeking help after lodging a complaint regarding an issue in our locality . The lady on the other side supposedly answering calls to help snapped at her without even listening to the entire issue, used inappropriate language extended impolite behaviour and refused to help, she refused to divert the call to higher authorities/ anyone else who would patiently hear her out . She refused to disclose her name as she anticipated we would register a complaint against her . I wonder why are such people sitting on a helpline number when their intentions are purely otherwise . Forget about being courteous. Do these Google reviews have any impact ?!

Raspected authorities,there is a place in bbsr called satya vihar near palasuni, 1st thing there are no dustbins and bmc workers are not coming here for their work as this place is not registered in bmc. So people are throwing plastics everywhere. But the main problem is that the stray animals are eating those plastics and are getting sick. So please take some immediate action on this.

Today I visited Eko imaging centre at Kalyani Market. Located almost in the heart of beautiful city. Beside is government firm Electricity Regulatory office (unfortunately board is missing). From the stairs of the pathological clinic it only litter both sides and all over. So, many establishments around. It was a sad sight. May I request to do the needful. I checked with the watchman and seems the area is never cleaned.

Cleanliness is below standard. Everywhere roadside shops not managed properly , heavy traffic management system is ok, city is blowing like baloon without pla approval.

Not bad but need to focus more on water logging during rainfall. Also there is no proper dustbin in streets. People's are throwing garbage on roads.

For depositong holding tax , took me four months. Concerned clerk seldom came to office because allegedly he was given some other wprk. Second, trying to convince BMC functionaries in charge of city street lights that switch on & switch off timings should different for the summer period commencing w.e.f mid-February till November. Evening comes late & day dawns early. For this period, street lights may come on at 6pm go at 5.30 am. From December to February, it should 5 pm and 6am in the morning. Because Sun rises in January at 6.15 am. At present some brainless fellow has programmed it such a way that lights come at 4.45 pm and go at 4.45 am when it is pitch dark. My one year effort has not served the purpose. Responsiveness is the essence of Citizen-centric governance. More so when the request is made by a senior citizen in the public interest, not for his private gain.

Dear sir Since last 6 months, Multiple times we have requested to Mayor..deputy commissioner and corporator to sanction for a small patch of permanent road just backside of utkalia(ward 40) but to no avail..plz visit and see the condition and know the ground reality.. No dustbins no lights no slabs over drains.. and a defunct public toilet. This is happening in the heart of our smart city.plz wake up.

BMC main branch doesn't have the simplest common sense to put up a notice that the collection of holding tax has been changed. The inefficient lazy officials are unable to say the proper address of the zonal office with landmark. Pathetic service. The online payment of holding tax is also not operational. Just wondering what the bunch of IAS officers are doing.

Dog menace. I am living at vim chandrasekhar pur near children park. There are about 20 dogs swarming in our locality of vim 810 to vim 826, posing threat to passersby, barking in chorus at mid night disturbing our sleep. Requested bmc to capture these animals, Relocate, or ask residents not to feed them here in front of their houses. Mp dash Vim 820

BMC corporation is very Worst never never doing their work. Never pick up the phone. Head authority should look into this matter.for Swatch Bharat or else BMC will make it worst Bharat
