I’ve been training with my gym trainer for a while now, and the experience has been amazing. What I really appreciate is his dedication and motivation—he push me to give my best while also understanding my limits. At Bicep Squad the trainer Mr.Syed maintain his clients a great balance between being strict and supportive, which keeps me consistent and disciplined.
