Very unprofessional people no policy no care... Usless people... No shame I order last night 8.30 pm and product deliver happen midnight 1.45am... Ehat they think i m beggar who is waiting for them... Dont u have sense to call me in midnight for delivery... I was chasing customer care for 11 pm after that i stopped chasing.. I told them if its not possible to deliver rightt now canceled it... Dont purchase it better to use swiggy, zepto, blinkit because at least customer care is good and they called ifthey be gonna late or out of stock item Previous delievry boy was very rough when he called me about address seriously... We paid. N u made app for instant delivery so we used no one forced u to do that.i m gonna delete it

Big basket App is pathetic app, I have recd coupon of 200 rs mango free in cred, when I ordered 1kg mango from the coupon, they delivered only 2 mangos which is hardly, 350 gram, when I complaint in customer care, they without informing they issued refund that is Rs NIL, and now saying we can not deliver the order nor give you value of product ultimately customer got nothing, just waste of time, . This is the working style of. Big basket and making fool to the customer

The pick up agent is cancelling the pick up on his own. Expired and stale items sent no refund is being processed customer service is pathetic pick up agents are worse

Very bad app i ordered a product and the time frame is 1 hour but I have not received the product on time very bad aap with bad customer support very disappointed don't buy from here..

Big basket is not a good app don't order with Big basket I f u will order u will get expired item and in very bad condition order with zepto or flipkart minutes blinkit tata not best company

I was delivered Kokum pulp of Shree Ram Spices and Masalas make on 28/02/2025. The product was of utterly inferior grade. Immediately, I lodged a complaint on their email id and got a ticket no. I also asked for "return" option which was readily agreed for pickup the next day between 12-3 pm. None turned up. On my complaint once again, pickup was slotted on 02/03/2025 7-9 pm. Same result, no guy came by. Now on my escalating the issue to higher level, pickup is promised on 03/03/2025 before 8 pm. I am keeping my fingers xd. BTW, I am Big Basketeer since 12/2013 and a super senior citizen of 90+. That's Bb customer service! And the "manufacturer/packer" is absolutely non-responsive. Bb must blacklist such supplier(s).

The order has not been delivered. Still while tracking, it shows as the order delivered. The payment is slso yet to be made Please check snd contact me urgently

igbasket’s service has been deteriorating for months now. Every single order I’ve placed this year whether through BBNow or regular BB, has had delayed deliveries. The chosen time slots are never honored, and there is no prior notice or clear explanation. If time slots can’t be maintained, why offer them in the first place? Customer service has been equally disappointing. Each time I raise the issue, I’m simply told to “be patient,” without accountability or resolution. This is not a one-off, but a consistent pattern that makes the service unreliable. Unless Bigbasket fixes its logistics and customer care, I don’t see why anyone should continue trusting them.

They have not mentioned return policy of toy.

Dark store operating from here servicing BB Now orders engages in unethical and fraudulent business practices by deliberately changing order items with incorrect substitutes. The customer has waste their time with their in app chat for redressal

Very Bad service this time,placed order around 5.00pm for 9.30pm to 10.30pm delivery.After calling so many times finally came to know around 1.00am that they have cancelled the prepaid order without confirming with customer.I don't know what does it means?

They are delivering old manufactured products.. seems to be counterfeit and when you request them to take it back and refund , they are not listening.. wrong practises
